We stayed here as a family of 6 for 2 weeks, though the accommodation is not large, the service could not be faulted. We were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our rooms were maintained throughout our stay to a good standard, the hosts Ketar (hoping this is the correct spelling, if not I’m sure I will be corrected being an ex teacher 😁), Patrica and Francesca were lovely people who aimed to ensure our stay was enjoyable which they succeeded at, they all had a great sense of humour which really good to see. I would have no hesitation in booking this accommodation again nor recommending it to others. Thanks for making our holiday so good🥰

We had a wonerfull time at White palace, room was nice and had everything we needed and cleaned daily. The place is close to preety much everything in Farilaki and for the rest of the island there is a bus stop nearby. Would definitely recommend and go back again.

Wonderful hotel, managed and maintained by even more wonderful people Ketsa and Patricia made our holiday even better as if the island and faliraki itself isn't beautiful enough. We had our room cancelled by loveholidays and after contacting Ketsa, she was kind enough to re-reserve our room and sort out payment once we had arrived, her communication during this was faultless, even allowing us to stay the night to sort in the morning due to an evening flight. Herself and Patricia went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay, they recommended/advised on several different things to do/see on the island and we were not disappointed. Rooms are basic as per the photos and description, but have everything you need, especially for the price, the pool area was clean and the selection of drinks available to buy in the pool area were also very cheap. The location was also perfect, walking distance to the beautiful beach, numerous restaurants, shops and bars. We were also lucky enough to have a gorgeous balcony the size of the room! We would not hesitate to stay again and would recommend to anyone.

Family run boutique hotel, Ketsa and her team were most welcoming, friendly and attentive. She gave us lots of advice on places to visit and things to do. Lovely and quiet, very close to restaurants, beach and public transport. Shop next door with all the basics one needs. Great pool view from our balcony. Room was cleaned and towles changed frequently during our stay. Would definitely recommend and go back again.

Были в сентябре, и так как в этом году запланировать отпуск не получилось,отель выбирала за 3 дня до поездки. Отель очень скромный , максимум 3 звезды, при желании его можно было бы улучшить, но как мы заметили там только освежают покраску стен, все очень старое, кровати удобные, подушки ужасные, состоящие из множества комочков, постель меняли раза 3 за 7 ночей, полотенца 2 раза, очень неудобные кресла на балконе, хотя сам балкон нам нравился, приятный вид на сад, ванная комната просто печальна, хуже в моей жизни не помню, из душа постоянно протекает вода на пол и комната пахла сыростью, посуда была, сковорода и кастрюля новые, но посуда была из разных наборов, у нас даже вилки и стаканы были разные, неужели нельзя в номере поставить 2 одинаковых стакана, такое чувство, что посуду собрали на барахолке. Холодильник был, маленький но его хватает, немного шумел, но терпимо. Кондиционер периодически не включался, ч так понимаю там есть какой-то таймер или ограничение по времени работы. Комары- их много. Заплатили за номер столько сколько обычно платили за апартаменты, не знаю, то ли цены поднялись, то ли все оптимальное по - цена/ качество забронированы заранее.. вообще проблем не было, довольно тихо, в общем -то все что нужно было, но очень-очень старый и скромный отель. Второй раз- никогда.

Overall enjoyed the stay , room was clean with essentials and host would respond when needed(booked through airbnb), only let down was the hosts of the other studios were not welcoming to us and were particularly rude on occasions , when we first tried to check in she was very rude saying we aren’t her guests and she can’t provide help to us in anyway as we aren’t staying in her rooms .It is understandable that we are not her guests but there is no harm in smiling and welcoming people . Both ladies (Patricia and ketsa ) made me and my fellow friends feel uncomfortable as they were so friendly to everyone else but us .After reading other reviews we have realised it isn’t just us that feel this way and action should be taken. Hotel to the right of whitepalace studios are lovely and very helpful, as they booked us a taxi to the port and stored our luggage before check-in and after check-out.

These apartments are a hidden gem! We had an amazing time there. Spotlessly clean with absolutely lovely people working there. We felt so comfortable and welcomed. We will be back next year for sure! Ketsa and Patricia were amazing as was our lovely cleaner. See you all soon!!

I and my husband chosen White Palace Studios for our Honeymoon. We wanted something simple but cozy, having good access to the city centre and beaches. This Studio is having all that and more. The owner and all staff were really friendly and easy to help with all the questions. Everyday we got so many good recommedations what to visit, where to eat, how to find one or another place and it really made our time much more relaxing and memorable. Thank you for champagne and chocolate, it really made our day!

Ketsa is super friendly and helpful! The studios are very nice, comfortable and with balcony and access a nice pool area. Thé studios are located a few minutes from the bus stop, and close to the beach and Main street with restaurants and bars.
