This is 4 star hotel but not upto the mark. They charge even for water bottle and much more than mrp. Extra mattress provided was not upto the mark of 4 star hotel. No one seems near to reception to be called out. We were getting late but couldn't checkout as no one was there.

the property is good, staff and hospitality is also excellent. but the breakfast is very minimal not up to mark so i advice not to take complimentary breakfast instead try kerala cuisine outside . so things such as hair drier etc were missing in our room which was present in the other room booked. dinner at the restaurant especially non-veg was good. over all had a good experience 👍

The hotel location is perfect you can travel to different places for the trip from this location. Rooms are awesome. The problem is complimentary breakfast they say it's a limited menu for me its a repeated menu

come *** you call it yourself 4 star hotel and repeat the same menu fir 3 day stay we have ti keep eating same menu. Same fruits. I think you have to upgrade it. And don't give room no 208 to family people as people who smoke in the smoking area keep peeping in the room. Swimming pool is neat and clean you can swim anytime. Pool is well maintained. Staffs are really good. All other food is awesome. I got irritated with the complimentary breakfast. Please change the menu

The hotel was in a prime location and had accessibility to all kinds of shops, bus stand. The stay was good, the hotel was neat and clean and very polite people. We had only breakfast here, which was good with authentic kerala style food.
