KKR Hotel Kanazawa Reviews

The hotel is a short cab ride from the train station and located close to the castle and gardens. There are some restaurants close by and downtown is a short walk away. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast buffet was excellent. highly recommend it but it does sell out at popular times.

The front desk asked my name right away and I got in smoothly. By the way, this hotel is usually quite expensive, so I was able to stay here for about half the price. Parking was 1,000 yen. Kanazawa Castle is right in front of the hotel, and Omicho is only a 10-minute walk away. I recommend it. Be careful as the price fluctuates. Also, other hotels without breakfast usually cost about 12,000 yen, and business hotels with breakfast cost about 9,000 yen during the cheap season, so I think it was very good value for money.

It was a wonderful location, and the upgraded room was refreshing. I thoroughly enjoyed Ishikawa's local cuisine for breakfast. Thank you very much.

Perhaps because the facilities are old and the dishes are large, cleaning is not done well and it gives the impression of being "a little lacking in cleanliness." This is just my impression. I think the number of employees has been reduced, but there are many disappointing aspects such as the selection of products at the shop and the closed bar, which gives the impression that it "used to be lively," but there was nothing that made me want to return. Sorry. However, although it is far from the station, it is in a very good location right in front of the Kanazawa Castle ruins, so I thought it was a shame.

The facilities were old and it was an old business hotel. The breakfast buffet was nothing special, so don't expect too much. The location is good if you want to go to Kanazawa Castle or Kenrokuen Garden.

Despite our late arrival, we were given a thorough explanation of the area and discussed the next day's schedule.

駐車場には平場と立体駐車場があるために、収容台数が多いので所要で何回も車で出入りしなければならなかった私には大変便利でした。 立地は金沢城の道路を隔てた北側にあり、朝のジョギングでは道路をわたると直ぐに金沢城の北の入口から入れ、お城を抜け陸橋を渡ると直ぐに兼六園です。 お城の入場料は無料で、兼六園も朝早くの時間は無料でした。 朝一番だと兼六園でさへ人がまばらで気持ちよくジョギングできました。(^^♪ そうそう、 電話での問い合わせに親切に対応しえ下さってありがとうございました。　(^^)/

現地に行って気がついた事ですが、ホテルから各観光場所へのアクセスが思っていた以上に良かった。 アメニティにあった、足用の湿布がとても嬉しかったです。 金沢を訪れる際にはまた利用したいと思いました。

朝食がもう少しだった 生*があれば嬉しいかったです

Bar has not been open since Covid but is still advertised. Hot rooms with no control over temperature. Buffet breakfast was stone cold. Lounge area was also closed . Good location which they failed to capitalise on

This is a hotel with a very good location very close to the castle and Kenroku-en gardens The room was tiny, we had to stack the furniture just to be able to get to the beds. Absolutely no room to open a suitcase Breakfast was poor with way too many people for the size of the restaurant So many empty plates and a scrum for coffee I wouldn’t recommend this hotel
