KKR Hotel Kanazawa Reviews

The hotel is a short cab ride from the train station and located close to the castle and gardens. There are some restaurants close by and downtown is a short walk away. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast buffet was excellent. highly recommend it but it does sell out at popular times.

It was a wonderful location, and the upgraded room was refreshing. I thoroughly enjoyed Ishikawa's local cuisine for breakfast. Thank you very much.

施設が古く、器がおおきめなことも影響しているのか、清掃が行き届かず「少し清潔感に欠ける」印象があります。 あくまで印象です。 従業員の人員も削減されているのだと思いますが、売店の品ぞろえ、閉鎖したバーなど残念な箇所も多く「昔は賑わった」感 が伝わり、再訪したいと思わせる決めてになるものは何もなかったです。すみません。 ただ、駅から離れているものの金沢城址の目の前という非常に良いロケーションですので「もったいない」と思いました。

現地に行って気がついた事ですが、ホテルから各観光場所へのアクセスが思っていた以上に良かった。 アメニティにあった、足用の湿布がとても嬉しかったです。 金沢を訪れる際にはまた利用したいと思いました。

設備も古く、昔のビジネスホテルだった。 朝食バイキングも目新しいものはなく、期待しない方が良いです。 立地は金沢城や兼六園に行きたいにであれば良いかと思います。

朝食がもう少しだった 生*があれば嬉しいかったです

遅い到着にもかかわらず、付近の説明やら翌日の工程の相談など丁寧に応対してもらいました。

This hotel is very close to Kanazawa Castle and Kenrokuen, so it was convenient for sightseeing. You can see Kanazawa Castle from the window, so you can enjoy a beautiful view during the illumination period. The breakfast was also very delicious, and I was very grateful for the complimentary Kaga Bou tea. This time it was only one night, but next time I definitely want to stay two nights or more and enjoy sightseeing for a long time. Thank you.

Bar has not been open since Covid but is still advertised. Hot rooms with no control over temperature. Buffet breakfast was stone cold. Lounge area was also closed . Good location which they failed to capitalise on

This is a hotel with a very good location very close to the castle and Kenroku-en gardens The room was tiny, we had to stack the furniture just to be able to get to the beds. Absolutely no room to open a suitcase Breakfast was poor with way too many people for the size of the restaurant So many empty plates and a scrum for coffee I wouldn’t recommend this hotel

The atmosphere and cleanliness of the room was good, but since it was a fourth room, there was no space to spread out our suitcases, which blocked some of the flow lines. Also, the toilet in the room was tilted left and right when I was sitting on the toilet seat, so I felt uncomfortable.

The downside is that there aren't many places to eat nearby.

This is a restaurant in the KKR hotel.This time I ordered unaju and it was a mistake.The eel tasted muddy and I was disappointed.The subsequent food was also not good.I have used it several times, but the food is usually good, so it's a shame.The staff Everyone is so kind and I want to go there again.
