Let me start with a big thanks to Pallavi, Naaz and Shreyanshi. These people and other staff members like Pappu are the backbone of this resort who will be ready to go extra mile and provide excellent customer service 🙏. It's been amazing stay🤩. From checking in till check out, there is no single point where I have not experienced a great hospitality and customer service. The entire property is beautiful, well maintained rooms, bigggg pool, and last but not the least the beach. Rooms are spacious and clean. The king size bed was cozy and comfortable. Food served during breakfast and high tea was delicious. Plenty of options to spend your day with kids, kids zone is well organised and they have hourly event to keep kids engaged. Horrible is the only word that describes our stay. We checked in at 4 and we were allowed room 246. When we reached the room we realised that the room opposite ie 247 is under heavy renovation. Lot of dust and debris welcomed us on entry. And then came the noise. Drilling, hammer and workers shouting and talking. We called the reception and they offered to change the room so we waited but when no one turned up for 15 mins we needed to get ready to go for a wedding function so we stayed put. We simply asked the reception to at least stop the work happening and the request fell on deaf ears. We braced the noise and got ready. Today morning the noise and work is back on full steam. We spoke with Mr Asif Ali the rooms manager and he had no answer to a simple question - “why is a luxury resort with a reputed brand selling a room that is inhospitable to guests?” He apologised but had no answer to our question. I am never ever staying at another Intercontinental property or recommending it to anyone to stay here. The management has no respect for a guest peace, privacy and security.

Multiple stays, the best choice in the industrial area. The price is expensive. The breakfast is very rich and the western food is very rare. The level of the waiter needs to be improved, and the individual temper is tempered. There are many foreign companies in Europe and the United States.

Because of job requirement, I stay here already 2 months. Good food and room service make me feel very comfortable. The staff here are so friendly and efficient. I would specially thanks for Saranya & Lucky. They are so warm. When I am back to hotel after a whole day’s hard work, their warm smile and friendly chat make me like stay at home. Very recommend to choose Fairfield Marriott!

My husband and i had the most amazing stay experience at alampura resort. Its a mini paradise in itself. We loved all the water activities - few of them were even complimentary. Our camp or should we call the glamp was super comfortable, and luxurious, with one of the best views one could have asked for. Also, the food is tasty, and breakfast was fresh and with a lot of variety. Thanks to the warmth and generous hospitality of the staff at alampura resort, we had one of the most memorable stay.

Kids swimming pool area not working, that is the main facility to visit comparing with other resorts, we spent two days for that. But management said (just two hours sir. Just one day sir, next day it will be ready sir) but that facility was not ready when we were checking out. But 11. 45 am they called us to remind that we have to check out at 12pm but no info about swimming pool. After we checked out and brought all our luggages to reception they said swimming pool was ready. My kids very very upset and disappointed and literally started crying.
