It's a historic hotel, and the staff are very attentive. Unfortunately, we weren't able to see much of the scenery due to the weather, but the buffet had a wide variety of food and was delicious, and we were able to try out different things, so we never got bored.
I'd like to visit again.

I really enjoy the time spent in the hotel. The service is excellent and Mountain View is so good! Food is nice as well.
But, the location is not that convenient + bathroom isn’t so ideal .
In general, it worth the price and time. 👏will recommend it to others

+ Interesting concept of the hotel, in an old tea factory. Good breakfast (porridge, croissants, cheese, fruit, pancakes). Interesting entertainment is offered: picking tea in a sari, English tea party, tea tasting. All services are paid.
- The hotel calls itself a five-star hotel, but there are no slippers, robes or dental kits in the room. The refrigerator is also empty. All the furniture is very tired, especially the plumbing in the bathroom. The shower faucet in our room did not switch on, and we had to fill the bath from the shower head.
Be prepared for a 10% tip and 18% VAT to be added to your bill at dinner.

The hotel is built on the highest tea mountain in central Sri Lanka. The interior environment is very good, and the elevator that is more than 100 years old is very impressive.
I booked a half board, and both dinner and breakfast are buffet. The dinner has local characteristics, but it is not particularly delicious.
The road to the tea mountain is difficult to walk, so try to charter a car to go there.
