we booked the property based on the very appealing restaurant pictures. However the restaurant was closed and alternative dining options are very poor. We couldn't even order some hot coffee during the afternoon as all the machines were off. The village is ok(ish) but good luck using your card for paying, it seems they got stuck in 2015 as cash is the only option. The hotel's pool, spa and breakfast were good.

Let op als je hier een kamer boekt via booking, ipv een upgrade kregen wij een downgrade. We kregen een kamer niet zo moderne kamer met vasttapijt, een niet zo recent bed en een ietwat oubollige inrichting, helemaal anders dan de kamerfoto op booking met propere parketvloeren een modern kingsize bed met nieuwe matrassen. Ontbijt wordt ook nog eens extra aangerekend, overpriced hotel. Hier zien ze ons niet meer, we voelen ons bedrogen.

Very smart hotel. Used it as a stopover on the way back from Austria. Good choice. Close to the motorway, and in a nice town. Lovely room. But the best part was a very nice restaurant, and we ate outside under the wisteria.. Very friendly service in the hotel, restaurant and breakfast room.

This hotel was nice and clean but overpriced. Warning, the rooms do not have AC, and it went up to 90 when I was there. (In fairness, I heard that hotels in this area do not have AC and neither do many houses.) High marks for eco-responsibility but not comfortable. On the positive side, there is a great small pool area and spa-like amenities. Quiet place, cute town. Staff was helpful.

Wir wurden morgens sehr freundlich empfangen und durften schon um 10.00 Uhr unsere Zimmer beziehen. Das Zimmer war top ausgestattet und das Bad ließ keine Wünsche offen. Auch eine Klimaanlage war vorhanden. Etwas Zeit benötigt man um sich im verwinkelten Haus zu recht zu finden. Der Wellnessbereich mit Aussenpool und die Sauna kommen an heissen oder kalten Tagen wie gerufen. Leider waren die versprochenen Handtücher für den Wellnessbereich nicht immer verfügbar. Ein Essen in Kochs Restaurant sollte sich niemand entgehen lassen.
