Overall it's OK, the environment is beautiful, but the weather in Perlis is very hot, the air conditioner in the room is a bit old, and it's not cold even at the lowest temperature, which is a bit disappointing. I hope it will be improved next time I come.

We have choose the right hotel for our family vacation. The room and amenities are suitable for the price we paid. The swimming pool is big and clean surrounding. The receptionist were friendly. The thing I like most besides the hotel the is beautiful jogging track at the foot of Bukit Lagi. So beautiful.

poor service in the restaurant, looking at the staff face, I felt not being welcome but the restaurant is opened and we are hungry. After made my order, it took them a long time to realise the meal was not available. Then after more than 30 minutes, our order stil not ready. We had to leave without eating. They had the audicity to suggest to pack the meal and yet the meal was not even ready. This super slow service is not tolerable since we are the only people there. We could have our lunch somewhere else.

Clean room, enough facilities. The room is beautiful...the front view is beautiful. Bendang area. Very quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the city, not far from the city. It's just that when the monkeys and the gang come out in the afternoon, there is usually a hill. But the most important thing is to be satisfied. Children have fun on vacation. Nnti can come again. There are also many restaurants in the area.
