I was booked for 1st nova on suryavamshy residency and my checkin time was 2pm. I reached residency at 2. 50pm as per the reception no room available and they are not ready to accept my confirmed booking. They told me that are having issue with make my trip booking because booking was confirmed 1st nova morning so they cant accept the booking. They will take the booking for next day only. I left from the reception and i contact make my trip customer service within 5 minutes customer service executive talked to somebody and told me to give the mobile to the reception. Then they accepted the booking. Customer service executive ms. Thripthi given me full support. Do not encourage this type attitude from residencies. As i was also from an service industry. This will affect the good will and trust of make my trip.

Neat and clean rooms. Good ambience. Staff is polite and friendly. Would be good if they had breakfast available.

The stay was terrible. The room was in poor condition, and the ac was not working. I vacated within an hour due to the room's bad condition. So, i lost money.

I have never experienced anything like this in my life, ac not working, power cutting at night, people making noise at the reception in the morning

We booked 2 rooms for one day. We reached hotel at 7pm on 10th september the the hotel called as 3 star no proper light reception looks like black magic center with a some smelly and no rest we entered after check in and vacated immediately we had horrible experience. Mm t should inspect before listing hope mm t will do the needful to avoid such nightmare

Decent cleanliness of bedroom and bathroom. Wasn't too sure about the linen though
was worth it for the rates at which non ac rooms were available at makemytrip

The corridors were dark, rooms were not upto the expectation, especially for a family. Didn't expect this from make my trip, at-least minimum standard was expected when we are paying this much amount
