The roons were absolutely incredibly beautiful and ambient. I loved my room and my housekeeper Anne. The view is calm and nature full. Our beds were comfy and warm. Thank you for hosting us and making our vacation the best one we have experienced

Great and tasty food delicious and sweet and great rooms and experience in the facility I really loved the experience.... The swimming pool was also good I loved the view of the lake...but most especially the food was everything I wanted....

My family and I spent Christmas at Lake Elementaita Serena. The facility is beautiful. Its garden spaces are well tended with a variety of beautiful flowers. The camp main building is a beautiful space with period furniture and artefacts including old telephones, typewriters, suitcases. It adds to the design of the space. The rooms are large and spacious with beautiful bathroom space. The y offer a set menu during meals which we didn't enjoy. However, on the 2nd day, they did offer an extensive buffet with a variety of salads, hot food, and desert to choose from. The swahili breakfast was exceptional. Most of the staff were great; Anne, Mercy, Hesborn were exceptional with their tables side manner. Mercy was particularly attentive to my 84 year old mother. Thank you, Mercy. We will be back to this property.

The meals were amazing, the steaks, the dessert.....everything. The sundowner experience by the lake was really good as we saw wildlife on the way there and back. The best part of the experience is the staff support in customizing meals and customizing the experiences for both much older and really young persons. The place is also very disability friendly.

My wife and I stayed at the Lake Elmenteita Serena camp for our September 2023 visit to the Rift Valley lakes. I chose this camp as it overlooked the lake. The dining area is not lakeside but the lake and flamingoes can be seen at a distance when having breakfast. You can't approach the lake itself as the lodge is fenced off. However, the camp is in the perfect location for drives around Lake Elmenteita and Lake Nakuru. My purpose for the visit was to see flamingoes both on Lake Elementeita and Lake Nakuru. We saw flamingoes at a distance when having breakfast and up close on the drives. The camp is spacious and in a semi-glamping style: the lower walls were concrete with canvas making up the rest of the building. However, when we stayed, the weather was raining and cold: the building we stayed in felt cold so be prepared with warm night clothing. The staff were polite, courteous, and helped when my wife fell ill. The service was brilliant. A definite recommendation for those wanting style and elegance whilst near The Lakes.

Our experience at the Lake Elmenteita is best described as 5 Star glamping! The place is gorgeous! Rich foliage, wildlife, beautiful rooms with very comfortable beds and spa like bathrooms and showers with hot water!! All the staff were very nice. Food was excellent ( with the exception of the “essence of fish soup”… would not recommend that) . I also had an amazing deep tissue massage at the Spa- very reasonable prices! We took a short drive to the Lake and saw quite a bite of wildlife and beautiful sunset! Highly recommend!!

Serena, as its name is the top norch tourist destinations acco.odation of choice. Moreso, the Elementaita Setena Camp is located in a very serene location, fitting the name. The tents are well arranged, the pool is perfectly maintained, and their food is above expectations
