房內設施灰塵很多，舒適度普通，有點失望。
但早餐還不錯，選項很多，也都是新鮮食材製成，
整體評價還可以，但不會考慮再次入住

整體住宿體驗加，房間很乾淨，但浴缸清潔部份可以再加強。走廊的香水味偏重，個人體感有點暈。地點很方便，去瑞豐夜市、高雄巨蛋都很近。

五星價格三星的水準，櫃檯人員不專業，邊培訓邊接待不應該是五星酒店應該出現的，播客房服務電話都要一段時間才有人接，點餐也是狀況外，入住前期待有專業的服務，但沒有，以至於整體體驗很差。希望這家酒店的管理層好好學習及了解下五星酒店到標準。
