Abbiamo preso questo hotel con largo anticipo quando abbiamo deciso di venire al parco divertimenti. Hotel comodo e bello. Parcheggio. Nulla dire.

Clean hotel in good condition, only a 10 min drive from Europa Park. Nobody on reception but instructions for getting keys were clear and simple. Only minor drawback was a lack of air conditioning (although there was a fan in the room) so it was quite hot during the night.

Wir kommen gerne wieder! Für eine Übernachtung, nach dem Europapark, ist die Unterkunft nicht weit entfernt. Durch den Schlüsselcode ein unkompliziertes ein und auschecken. Somit für eine Nacht perfekt für uns mit zwei kleinen Kindern. Einziger Abzug, die Handseife und das Duschgel im Spender waren komplett leer. Sollte man vielleicht vorher nochmal checken, bevor die nächsten Gäste kommen.

Er had iemand gerookt in onze kamer. Het was er vreselijk bedompt en we konden geen ramen open zetten in verband met het terras wat onder ons balkon lag. Er stond een waaier die natuurlijk bij lange na niet de stank en bedomptheid de baas kon. Verder kregen wij een andere kamer dan te zien op onze foto's. De eigenaar reageert op geen enkel bericht. Needless to say, wij zijn 's avonds om half 10 nog op zoek gegaan naar een ander hotel.

Chambre pour 3 personnes spacieuse La literie est bonne Accueil numérique Boissons chaudes a disposition Restaurant -pizzeria en dessous de l'hôtel. Pas de petit déjeuner possible pour le lendemain matin. Seul petit bémol, le linge de maison ne comprend pas les draps

Mensonger, aucun air conditionné, à peine un rafraichisseur d’air mais qui ne pourrait refroidir qu’une pièce de la taille d’une toilette… Il faisait 36 degrés… En plus ils se permettent de rentrer dans la chambre pour éteindre ce rafraîchisseur… pas pour faire les lits ou changer les essuies de douche hein… Personne à l’arrivée et personne au départ et évidemment comme il n’y a personne les autres chambre font du bruit des 6h30 du matin dans les couloirs avec leurs enfants et ceci afin de ne pas réveiller maman qui dors elle… et absolument personne à qui se plaindre… Même le distributeur dans le couloir fourni des boissons à température ambiante… Affligeant, a fuir…
