The bellboy is So nice guy and helped me a lot from check in to check out. But the frontdesk guy is making fun of him and not caliber to work in hotel. Not professional at all by making fun of his friend in front of guest. The front desk guy is with beard and moustache. Feel like pinching his Face When we made joke about his colleague the bellboy. Thumbs up to the bellboy for acting cool and dont entertain him. He was focus on his work to help me getting uber and get my luggages to uber.

Excellent location. Very helpful staff, very courteous and always available to help. I was there for a week and found the staff and management to be very helpful and courteous. Salman is the manager and went above and beyond to make sure my stay at Ramada Creek was pleasant.

Excellent service. Staff is very nice. Amazing breakfast and overall good experience. Its in defence so safe and clean surroundings with everything available nearby. Unlike a few other hotels, the air around Ramada doesn’t stink so everytime you go out, you will be able to easily breathe.

Excellent hotel & well trained staff specially front desk manager Hasnain he's superb very professional and very helpful location is very cool, food quality is good, bellboys are very proactive, great hospitality, I will come again soon .
