Front desk manger and front desk staff are sneaky ( there's offer says the dinner $22 after we had it they charged us almost $40 per person.. I have pictures of the offer and the bill.. any way they have to be sorry for that ...

La SPA è qualcosa di grandioso, con una bellissima piscina coperta (ce n'è una anche scoperta), idromassaggio, sauna, bagno turco, ecc. Anche la palestra è ben equipaggiata. L'ingresso e la hall sono degne di un hotel di lusso, tutto perfetto. Le stanze invece sono datate, tenute male, TV non funzionante, il balcone è sporco di escrementi di uccello, insomma da rifare!

خدمات الفندق ممتازة والغرفة مريحة جداً ومستوى النظافة ممتاز، لكن الطعام في الفندق ليس بالمستوى المطلوب او المعلن عنه، لا يوجد العديد من الخيارات في بوفيه الإفطار. خدمات الغرف كانت ممتازة. الموظفين جيدين ارجو من الإدارة تطوير خدمات الطعام. بخلاف ذلك كان الفندق جيد.

Very disappointing. Service is horrible, rooms are outdated. We paid extra for 2 river view rooms and they gave us outdated rooms on the first floor with no view at all. No help with carrying luggage, they would not even call a taxi for us and made us wait outside under the blazing sun looking for a taxi on the street. Customer service is horrible. Would never come back. Save your money and go somewhere else.
