Atlantique Holiday Club - All Inclusive

Reception Check in quick & Smooth, but no welcome drink on arrival after sitting on a coach for two hours. Rooms Basic, small, was moved because of noise issue which was not a problem and sorted very quickly. No lifts and rooms go up 5 floors. Cleaning not to a very high standard and towels smelt of kebab meat !! Mini bar didn’t seem to be restocked regularly but bottled water was topped up. Tiny paper cups for tea making in the room. Safe was free. Wi-Fi terrible forever logging in and out. Pools Pool area was lovely and kept clean. Gardens were also lovely. Water park was great and more sunshine around there. Pool bar was great and the number 3 cocktail was delicious . Drinks were good quality, Rose wine was good as was the beer. All inclusive at the water park between 12/3 , was only allowed Burger & Chips and soft drinks. It’s adjoined to the hotel so wasn’t difficult to pop back and get any other drinks/ food you wanted. Water was cold in main pool and water park! Food Dining Room Food was a good quality but difficult to make a meal, we had mash potatoes twice in a week, spiced wedges once and the rest of the time chips. Kids buffet wasn’t very good and 7 year old lived on bread and chips! Seemed to cater more for Turkish, Bulgarian, Russian guests. Only saw beetroot once and no tuna or boiled eggs on salad cart. Breakfast cereals poor selection. Main fruit was tangerines , bananas, apples. Hardly any water melon. When food ran out it wasn’t replaced especially things like Sushi. There was a panini maker at breakfast which was a nice touch. Noticed not many dining room staff wore gloves and lots of guest picked up food with there hands. Mini milk lollies available from 2/5 at the snack bar, no ice cream in the dining room at meal times, desert nice but all tasted very similar The snack bar was ok for lunch time , serving all types of burgers, chips, pitza( not good) and soft drinks. Water was dotted everywhere and you just helped yourself. I take my own tbags but coffee, hot chocolate was lovely. Patisserie was ok but not restocked enough also had hot drink machine in there. Entertainment Apparently there were 25 team members but most of them had already left as the hotel closed at the end of October. Booked this hotel on reviews but was disappointed with evening shows and kids party, it was always the same and shows were poor except the Fire show. Pool side entertainment was same everyday and some of the background music was terrible. The entertainment team finished on the 30th October as did the water park but hotel was booked until the 2nd November, shops closed at the hotel on the 31st as well. Spa Booked a spa which included Turkish Bath, Massage,Facial 40Euros each. Towels smelt disgusting, massage room bare except two beds and we were told to wash face pack off ourselves in the shower room sink! It was not a relaxing , pampering experience and would not recommend. Chinese Restaurant We were advised not to book this by other

What a fantastic place! I booked this holiday for my daughter and I and we are having the most amazing time! Aqua aerobics,darts,pool games,kids disco,animation, you name it! Things happening all the time. The entertainment staff are fantastic and they keep us all busy.....just the perfect hotel with the most wonderful staff! Kai is just a little darling and my 7 years old absolutely loves him. We will definitely be back

Have just returned from 10 days in this hotel …. We had a lovely holiday but would not return to this hotel. The food was 7/10 but was ok for what we paid the restaurant staff were very friendly and hard working The animation team were what made our holiday memorable, they work sooooo hard . The Tarzan show and the fire show were amazing but the rest of the shows were pretty boring especially the magic show . The bedrooms were terrible, very dated and in need or decorating, the bathroom stunk, we were on the third floor with no lift and the rooms were NOT cleaned daily whatsoever So will not be returning despite the lovely beach, pool and staff .. not a clean hotel

We had a pleasant 5 days at the Atlantique Holiday Club. From the attached photos, you can see that it is a very picturesque and well-maintained hotel. I found the rooms dated and needing of an uplift. They were small and cramped. That nonetheless didnt detract from the facilities and especially the water park. Overall, i would say this is pushing at a 4 star. But we had fun, the staff were friendly and the animation team was lively and playful.

The place is very dated and tired, clean enough but nothing like the pictures, as part of the entertainment there is a magic show which would be dated even back in the 80s and sadly it still uses animals in the show for so called entertainment although there was also a fire show which is unbelievably good, food was very mixed and as a vegetarian I did struggle as some food marked up as vegetarian isn't, the water park is fine for children. Some staff very friendly and helpful and others not so good.
