Location is great , and the architecture of the building. However, rooms need renovation, furnitures, doors and bathroom are very old and damaged! Booked a junior suite and unfortunately the room was in bad condition. Personnel was friendly and polite.

Very cozy and quint hotel in the center. Everything was up to oar and beyond my expectations exept the bed could be more comfortable. Needs a new matress.

Κάτσαμε 2 βράδια, 26-28 Δεκεμβρίου. Δεν μπορώ να καταλάβω γιατί θεωρείται 4 αστέρων, και γιατί έχει τόσο καλές κριτικές. Θα ξεκινήσω απο το κρεβάτι, το στρώμα είναι το πιο σκληρό που έχω κοιμηθεί ποτέ, το μαξιλάρι επίσης, ξύπνησα και τις 2 μέρες πιασμένος. Το τραγικό βέβαια είναι οτι εχει 2 παράθυρα ξύλινα, τα οποία έχουν σκάσει απο την υγρασία και τον χρόνο, με αποτέλεσμα να μην κλείνουν και να ακούω τη βαβούρα απο το δρόμο λες και είμαι στο μπαλκόνι. Πάμε τώρα στο μπάνιο. Καταρχήν έχει μπανιέρα, η οποία έχει ενα αναδιπλούμενο τζάμι για κουρτίνα, το οποίο δεν κάθεται στη θέση του,με αποτέλεσμα να πέφτει πάνω σου την ώρα που κάνεις ντους. Η βάση στύριξης του τηλεφώνου ήταν χαλασμένη, οπότε έπρεπε να το κρατάς στο χέρι. Ο νυπτήρας είχε ξεκολλήσει απο τον τοίχο και κρεμόταν μπροστά, με αποτέλεσμα να μην έχει σωστή ρήση το νερό και να λυμνάζει. Πρίζα ελεύθερη πουθενά, έπρεπε να βγάλω το πορτατίφ για να φορτίσω το κινητό μου. Απο το πρωινό, την εξυπηρέτηση και την καθαριότητα δεν έχω παράπονο, ήταν ολα καλά. Αλλά το βρίσκω τραγικό να χρεώνετε ενα παρατημένο δωμάτιο 2 αστέρων, 90 ευρώ σαν τετράστερο....

Τα κρεβάτια ήταν άνετα κ τα δωμάτια πολύ καθαρά!Το πρωινό ήταν απλά συμπαθητικό,δεν είχε μεγάλη ποικιλία για ξενοδοχείο 4 αστέρων!Στο δωμάτιο μας μύριζε παρά πολύ το σιφόνι απ το μπάνιο κ ο νεροχυτης ηταν σπασμενος!ξαναλεω ξενοδοχείο 4 αστέρων!Γενικα καμία σχέση με τις φωτογραφίες που έχουν ανεβάσει,αν έπρεπε να μείνω πάλι Καρδίτσα δε θα εμένα σε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο!

Excellent impression and very helpful everyone. The room was very spacious, very clean with two sanitary areas, a small bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) and inside the room, an impressive bathtub and sink. . Yes, the furniture was not the newest, but we were not bothered at all and accepted it as a type of the whole set. We understand how difficult it is to maintain such a building, for that we give double congratulations!

Nice hotel right in the city center with access to everything. Pretty good price for the suite room we had, clean sheets and frequent cleaning of the place. The place is a bit old and the decoration is outdated, but the environment is quite welcoming. As quite bad I consider the very mediocre breakfast that was included in the price.
