The facilities were good and the view was nice. I received the spa service, but it's a pity that the time was short, but the child and our couple were satisfied. The breakfast was a bit disappointing, but overall it was satisfactory for the price.

Pricy parking, smelly drains and no wifi in room
Although the service staff was friendly and accommodating, the hotel itself is quite old, both style-wise but also with regards to room amenities. Some rooms, like the one I stayed in were not within reach of the wifi router. They did not have an alternative room of the same category so my choice was either to downgrade or live without wifi for the duration of the 4-day stay.
Upon arrival in the room, a pungent smell was coming from the drains of the bathroom. Not exactly what you would expect from a wellness hotel. Despite maintenance checking the next day, there was no solution to the problem.
The hotel has an open-air, unsupervised parking lot. Charges per day are € 20. Not exactly cheap.
The pool and spa were decent, some proper towels would have been a good compliment to the linen sheets that had to be used instead for drying off after the pool.
Even though this lies within the construction of the building, it was also rather complicated to get from certain rooms in the building to others, many times involving multiple/different elevators and crossing other floors.
Overall the visit was ok but nothing to brag about. The hotel should invest in proper wifi routers and also fix the sewage problem.

Nicht gefallen · Wir hatten Halbpension, was ich nicht empfehlen kann. Das Essen ist vorgekocht und steht dann stundenlang in Warmhaltebehältern. Dadurch werden die Pommes matschig und sind inakzeptabel. Wenn das Rindfleisch aus ist und das um 18:40, dann wird nicht mehr nachgelegt, dann gibt es einfach nichts mehr. Das Personal ist nur dazu da die Teller abzuräumen, maximal noch ein Bier, das sofort kassiert wird (keine Akzeptanz von Cash!) zu servieren. Man isst ohne Set auf dem Tisch und ohne Tischdecke. Das Abendessen hat den Charakter einer schlechten Kantine. Trinken Sie besser Tee am Morgen. Der Kaffee aus dem Automaten ist lausig. Die Bilder im Internet sind irreführend und stimmen nicht mit der Wirklichkeit überein. Im Zimmer haben sie nicht einmal Gläser, geschweige denn eine Flasche Wasser. Das Bad ist eng. Es gibt nur 5 Parkplätze, die meistens ausgebucht sind. 15 Minuten an der Tepla entlang findet man Plätze für 40 Kr pro Tag, was sehr günstig ist. 4 Sterne sind ein Witz und werden der Wirklichkeit nicht gerecht. Gefallen · Die Lage ist sehr zentral und mitten in der Fußgängerzone. Die Therme, Geschäfte, Restaurants , das Kaiserbad, alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Schwimmbad und der Saunabereich machen einen sauberen Eindruck. Das Zimmer war nach hinten und damit sehr ruhig. Die Betten war gut. Beim Frühstück war das Brot gut, das war's aber dann auch schon!

Es hat von Anfang an alles gepasst. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht, was unbedingt zu empfehlen ist. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Deluxe Zimmer. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Der Wellnessbereich war auch sehr schön. Wenn hier jemand was zu beanstanden hat, dem ist wirklich nicht mehr zu helfen.
