We had a great 2 day stay. Staff were wonderful. Spa was very relaxing. We loved the pool and sauna area. Breakfast was great, but dinner our first night wasn’t great. We ran into another guest who had stayed long term who said that was the worst night of food she’d experienced so maybe it was just an off night. The 2nd night we ate off property and had an incredible experience. Lots of great restaurants in the area. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent attention to guests. The hotel is beautiful- walkable to the kolonadas and to the rest of town. We figured a way to avoid the steep uphill walk ;)
Front desk staff super attentive and so is management. We brought up an issue that we noticed and Jan took care of the matter immediately.
Breakfast is excellent but dinner is even better.

1. Excessivly rude and unprofessional restaurant personnel. We wanted to get better coffee from the bar for breakfast for payment, but it turned out to be a huge problem. More over, the personnel expressed open hostility and irritation the rest of our stay. 2. Intruding and very insistive cleaning service. Knocked the door each morning at 8, while we were halv awoke and showed dissappointment we were still not our of the room. 3. Receptionist hardly speak english, including the rest of hotel personnel.You can never rely on whether your request will be understood and fullfilled. 4. Overpriced buffet,which doesnt live up to 5 star luxery level at all. 5.On the day of our departure we preordered room service for breakfast. To our enourmous suprise it never came, and they appologized using some incomprehensive reasons. Simply unbeliveable incompetentence from top to toe. We suspect the stars in the hotel are simply purchased, seeing the corruption and bribery in town in general. Hotel is not nearly a five star luxery place as they announce, and the prices dont offer the expected quality of anything.

Мне очень понравился отель Олимпик Палас! Уровень люкс! Хоть отель и находится на горе и нужно минимум 3 раза в день спускаться и подниматься в гору чтобы попить лечебную воду,но его это не портит! Обслуживание,питание, чистота на высоком уровне- так держать! Рекомендую!

The wonderful hotel. The staff is very friendly. There is in the central of touristic area. The room is large. There isn't espresso machine. But this is not a problem. The spa is small but nice. The breakfast was buffet and very varied. Thr It's very clean.
