Cleanliness was fine, decent location. Only issue is that the hotel is very noisy. You will hear all sounds outside your room. Rest everything was fine. Food is okay.

Trust me, terrible experience we had. The photos showing everyone are totally deceiving. No doubt it’s not very old property, however zero facility. No facilities in the washroom, room. Geyser was not working, no water bottles were made available in the room. My parents were very tired the entire day in the hospital, they booked this property to sleep well. They could not sleep entire night because the housekeeping room was just the room adjacent to their room and no manners to housekeeping staff. There were some guests who were playing loud music entire night, and were stupid people. My mother especially went to complaint just trying to sleep well in the night, but no action was taken by them. She is a cardiac patient who has already travel-led for 10 hours the same day and then was in hospital.

Just visited in the salt stayz previous month, and i was mesmerized to see their luxurious accommodations. Their staff behaviour is also excellent, and i would love to visit again.

It’s a good property to stay for solo or business travel. Rooms are bit small. Breakfast spread needs to be improved. Staffs are courteous.
