Very new hotel. There are many breakfast options. The dinner restaurant is also delicious. All the ingredients are fresh and local. The room has a private pool and very comfortable beds and bedding. The hotel's seaside restaurant and bar are very good.

Convenient location, about fifteen minutes from Heraklion and the airport. Located on a quiet and pleasant stretch of beach. The rooms are spacious and equipped. Thinking down to the smallest details. Outstanding user experience. A welcome collaboration with Psaki Restaurant. The property was peaceful and serene. The staff were incredible and very hospitable, we absolutely enjoyed our time at Pnoe. The resort was clean and up to date. Definitely should consider dinner at the resort’s restaurants, the food was fresh and locally sourced. Would recommend if you’re looking to disconnect and be pampered.

The balance between relaxed and thoroughly attentive service is very well delivered. They went above and beyond with several touches.
The room with the private pool was perfect but the highlight was the amazing food and drinks served in beautifully chilled surroundings. Always plenty of space to get a bed by the pool or the beach. The beach was a particular highlight - the hotel has a private spot next to a public beach which gives it a nice atmosphere. The sunsets watching planes land were fantastic.
As a couple we usually never eat in the hotel but the food was so good and varied we only ventured out one night. The seafood was especially delicious.

Fantastic service and amenities, room was absolutely beautiful and modern with everything you need for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Staff were outstnading and always friendly and helpful. Food on the premesis was beyond expectations! Excellent all round.

The hotel was very beautiful the design appeared thoughtful with good details creating a warm and relaxing environment. The SPA was phenomenal! Beautiful and relaxing. The staff and little things like welcome gifts really made the stay that much more special. Highly recommend this hotel to those wanting a relaxing Crete stay. The signature suite was phenomenal with a very relaxing private sauna. Beautiful room with great service.

Wir waren 1 Woche in diesem Hotel, es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Bereits bei der Ankunft wurden wird freundlich in Empfang genommen und konnten die Ruhe spüren. Der Check-in funktioniert über eine App. Das Zimmer war wie auf den Bildern und kann ebenfalls über diese App gesteuert werden. Schöne, neu gebaute und gut gepflegte Hotelanlage. Das Essen in den beiden Restaurants schmeckt wirklich lecker und bietet einige Highlights. 1-2 vegetarische Alternativen wären schön gewesen. Zum Frühstück gabs ein reichlich bestücktes Buffett. Gegen Aufzahlung kann man das SPA besuchen, welches ebenfalls angenehm war. Einziges Manko ist das kalte Wasser in den Pools. Von der eher unschönen Umgebung des Hotels wird man gut abgelenkt. Kurzer Weg zum eigenen Strandabschnitt, das Meer sauber, der Sand jedoch sehr steinig. Sämtliche Mitarbeiter sind zuvorkommend und auf das Wohlbefinden der Gäste bedacht.
