森林中的小木屋非常棒，秋天的時候回到小木屋暖暖的非常安心温暖，木屋非常乾淨，我們兩個人住進去發現有4張床，非常適合一家人出行，明年打算帶父母一起過來賞楓，窗外就有楓葉，旁邊就有一個雪場，冬天滑完雪，回木屋應該非常幸福，非常感謝前台短髮的女生，晚上幫我們提行李，給我們非常體貼的介紹了酒店，離店的時候幫我們預訂了去草津的巴士，在我們離店之後，她擔心我們找不到車站的位置，跑出來氣喘吁吁的給我們一張地圖，並幫我們劃出車站的具體位置，小紙片上幫我們寫了上車時間，真的讓我們開啟了開心的一天～

Conveniently located - close to one end of the Prince Outlet from which the Karuizawa Train Station can be easily accessed on foot. Free shuttle bus services are available as well. Room was big and comfortable.

The staff service is very good and eager to answer questions. It is close to the ski resort. If you are a ski enthusiast, you must stay in the hotel. There are free drinks downstairs!

A pleasant stay. The hotel staff (Ms. Zheng and Miss Xiao) are friendly and enthusiastic. The hotel is close to the station and has good internal facilities. The scenery is great and the breakfast is delicious.

This time we stayed in a four-person cabin. The facilities in the cabin were pretty good, including air conditioning and a heater. When checking in and checking out, the service staff in the park will drive over quickly to help us handle our luggage and pick up and drop off guests.
On a rainy day when I checked in, a sunny doll was thoughtfully placed in the room.

The East Building is very close to the outlet, only a 3-minute walk away. There is also a free shuttle bus within Oji to the other side of the outlet. The room is large and quiet, with a view of the forest. The service staff are very nice and the recommended roast pork is also delicious👍
