Average plus for the price. Quite expensive for the country but in the norms of hotel prices in Kasane.

Close to Chobe National Park
On the day we arrived the hotel was very quiet and the bar closed at 5 and the restuarant was closed. The staff were very helpful and friendly though.

Surprisingly Impressed !!!
Took a gamble booking, I was surprised how great it was ! Looks like new management and great value and very helpful staff and amazing Safari and Boat Cruise experience..for the price excellent value!

I was scared at first because of the bad reviews, but our experience was completely different. The room was nice, clean and quite big, comfortable indeed. Everyone is nice and willing to help, the whole place is quite nice and well maintained. The only flaw is the limited, and fixed, restaurant menu, but the cook is available to do some customizations to your dish. I can say we had a nice stay for a affordable price. Recommended.

The hotel has a swimming pool, but this is only for viewing; swimming is not allowed. The restaurant has limited meals, with only two vegetarian meals, and the limited menu for regular meals is the same for lunch and dinner. The river tours always take place at the same time, and when we returned from the tour, the staff were anxious to have us set our dinner time so that the kitchen could close. The bar closes at 6 p.m. and the staff did not know how much a beer would cost. Dinner was served in my room, which does not even have a table.
