Location - excellent walking distance to lakeside main road food - very good had breakfast, liked it amenities - good for the price felt bathroom was a tad small, specially the shower cubicle. The swimming pool was excellent though services - below average felt the staff was a bit rude as none of them ever smiled or greeted anyone and they were never accomodating. Everything that you asked for was done with a slight frown on their faces. Felt a little awkward.

The environment is good, there is really an old temple tree, the room is big enough to see the snowy mountains. It is a currency exchange pit, which is much lower than the exchange rate outside.

It was very clean and the pool view was great. My friend and I got rooms next to each other so it didn't bother us, but if you're next to someone you don't know, you might be bothered by the fact that you can see the balcony next door.

There is a grand welcome ceremony when you check into the hotel! The wooden structure of the room is close to nature and the hardware facilities are good! The software service is also very good. The staff I encounter are polite and courteous, and they are full of hospitality. All requests are answered. The little girl working in the cafe also enthusiastically helped me take photos while I was swimming! My husband took the kids there after hiking. The environment is very good. The water in the swimming pool is very good. It feels rich in minerals. The room type was upgraded in the off-season. The owner, Doji, is very enthusiastic. The kids didn't stay long enough when they left, so they plan to go back after hiking next time.
