Service was ok. Only the view of this hotel is great.
Water pressure is small. I also stayed at Alof I'll recommend you pay a little more for Alof much more good service

The hotel is located opposite the city hall. What's more outrageous is that it was under renovation from morning to night during the two days we stayed there. The noise was very noisy. In addition, the hotel itself has poor sound insulation. I could hear people walking next door and upstairs quite clearly. I didn't have a very good rest in those two days.

Perfect hotel for a pleasant stay in Kathmandu. The very friendly staff made our stay perfect, always with a smile, especially our egg cook at breakfast and Ram the chef. At reception they helped us with all the questions and recommendations of the place. The rooms were very clean with everything we needed, even a coffee maker and some very tasty cookies for the coffee break, which were replenished every day, they even brought us seasonal fruit.
The upstairs restaurant is a chill out type with good music and very good food.
I chose this hotel because of the rating on the travel pages and YES IT IS TRUE, the rating is very high because of the good work of the staff, the very well decorated space and the central area.

This hotel is suspected of bank card payment fraud! After repeated "attempts" at checkout, the staff claimed that my two credit cards could not be swiped normally, and asked me to pay in cash for a total of 14,475.02 rupees for room and restaurant charges.
