All the staff are very friendly, like family. The airport pick-up is responsible. But the car has no air conditioning. It's a bit too much for this day. The room is clean. It's a small hotel squeezed into a small alley. It's a decent hotel with all the facilities you need. It's not expensive. The surrounding area is very lively and it's convenient to travel. It's within walking distance to Durbar Square. The service staff at the front desk were smiling and quite friendly. As for the room cleaning, we stayed for two days, and the bath towels were not changed on the second day, and the small bottles of purified water were not placed, especially for the breakfast buffet. The restaurant is not very big, and there were two waiters standing aside, which seemed to be a lot of redundancy. , it makes people feel uncomfortable watching what dishes you take.

I have enjoyed my 2 days-stay in Hotel Jampa. The room was neat, the bathroom was clean and they have good breakfast. It’s location in thamel is good but a little bit hidden. The staff were very kind and willing to help me during my stay.
Overall, I recommend staying there and would like to stay there again in my next visit to Kathmandu.
