Average Experience with Clean Room, Could Improve Guest Service
I recently stayed at this hotel for a brief getaway, and my overall experience was average. The highlight of my stay was the cleanliness of the room. Upon entering, I was pleased to find a well-maintained and spotless environment, which contributed significantly to my comfort during the stay.
Despite these shortcomings in guest service, the hotel's amenities and facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, providing a good night's rest.

The following are real pictures and videos I took when I checked into a hotel in Kathmandu, Nepal. I checked into room 401 that day. Hotel location: The transportation in Pokhara is inconvenient, but it is within walking distance. Hotel facilities: Take a look at the pictures for yourself, they were taken on the day of check-in. Looking at the pictures of bedding and linens, the bed is quite comfortable. Disposable slippers are provided, and toothpaste and razors are provided (generally not provided abroad). Hotel decoration: see pictures for yourself. Bathroom: Dry and wet are separated. Breakfast: See the picture for yourself. Hotel service staff: I personally feel that they are very service-minded. The two young men at the front desk have a very good working attitude and were very carefree during the stay. The hotel pictures match the actual room pictures. The view for breakfast on the 7th floor is very good

This is a great hotel close to the cafes and restaurants but tucked out of the way so it’s quiet when you’re sleeping. The hotel manager allowed me to check in early and check out late free of charge. The open roof top restaurant has fantastic views. Would come back again.
