Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to you regarding my recent stay at your hotel in Hawaii. I made the reservation through Trip.com and paid 452.22 € online. Upon arrival, we paid an additional cleaning fee of 347.99 € by card.
Unfortunately, I experienced an incident due to a lack of cleanliness in my room. While walking on the carpet, I stepped on a rusty fishing hook left on the floor. The hotel manager eventually came to the room to witness the hook lodged in my foot and took several photos of the situation, but only after I insisted on getting help. Initially, I was told to manage on my own and go to the hospital by myself, without any assistance from your staff. I had to remove the hook myself, which led to an infection requiring antibiotics.
I consider this incident to be serious negligence on your part, and I request a refund for the cleaning fees as well as the full cost of my stay at your hotel. If this request is not addressed promptly, I will be compelled to take legal action.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.
Sincerely,
Benjamin Nascas et Emilie Da Silva
