no complaints at all 6 of staying now for 4 nights all staff friendly, happy and will do anything to make your stay a great one, clean rooms - bedding changed after 2 nights. 15 mins walk into Kavos taxi back at night €9 between 4. budget accommodation that gives everything. would recommend. thank you.

From the moment we arrived at this beautiful family-run hotel in Corfu, we knew we were in for a special experience. Jacob, Leva, Evi, and Michael, along with their wonderful team, go above and beyond to ensure every guest feels like family. We've stayed at many hotels, but never have we felt so warmly welcomed or so well taken care of. The hotel is run with such dedication and care. Every detail is thoughtfully managed, and it’s clear just how much hard work goes on behind the scenes. The staff, despite whatever challenges may arise, always wear a smile and remain eager to help. Their ability to maintain such a positive and happy atmosphere, no matter what they’re dealing with, is truly inspiring. The conversations, the laughs, and the memories we made here are ones we'll treasure forever. Jacob, Leva, Evi, and Michael will always hold a special place in our hearts. They were always available with wonderful recommendations and were willing to go out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed – no request was too big or small. The warmth and kindness they extended to us made this trip one of the most memorable we’ve ever had. We genuinely cannot wait to return. The staff's dedication, friendliness, and commitment to their guests made us feel more welcome than we could have ever imagined. And to address some of the complaints we've seen – some are simply laughable. For example, how can anyone expect a beachfront to be completely unaffected after a storm? The staff here do everything within their power to make your stay amazing, but they’re not miracle workers. They can't magically recreate a beach because someone’s holiday happens to coincide with nature's course. Let’s be realistic! I booked this as a last-minute getaway for some much needed sunshine. Usually, I stay in the North but wanted to see what the south of the island was like. Our room was on the ground floor with a refurbished bathroom. Air con and safe included, which was a huge bonus. Having a small beach a few footsteps away was another plus point. The sea was clear once over the jetty, not many fish for snorkelling but lovely. The pool area had good sunbeds, no wars to get one, and the food on offer was good at reasonable prices. It was a good 15/20 walk into Kavos, and if there were more restaurants nearer, then it would be better. There was a mix of ages staying and next door also have a good restaurant. The cleaner was up at the crack of dawn, and the place was spotless. There are a lot of derelict bulidings around, and it's sad to see, but these apartments I felt were great value and peaceful, so I would return. I would recommend to couples.

We changed at the last minute to this hotel and we weren't disappointed. Our flight was delayed and we arrived late, staff were really welcoming and opened the kitchen for us. Rooms are lovely, cleaned every day. It's about a 10 min walk into kavos, so we were away from the noise, which was lovely. Very happy with our stay.

I stayed at Seaside Resorts for a total of 5 nights and 6 days, the resort more than met my expectations. I was worried because of the reputation surrounding Kavos, but was happily met with friendly & helpful staff and a room that was better than I thought it would be. We changed last minute to this resort and it was definitely the right decision. I stayed in a 2 single-bed room with my younger sister, it came equipped with a fridge-freezer, sink, dishes & cutlery, storage, vanity and all bathroom facilities. We were on the ground floor, perfectly in-between the pool/bar and the sea itself. The staff were happy to accommodate for my needs through the duration of my stay, and suggested good places to visit during my holiday. However, the air-conditioning in the room was very weak and there were a lot of ants in the sink so we did not use those facilities, but the bar catered to this issue so it wasn't a major issue. Moreover, I think the resort catered very well to families but I would not personally recommend bringing young children to Kavos in general.

The best apartments to stay in Kavos. Apartment spotless clean lovely pool and nice private beach. Have a lovely bar food menu great price the atmosphere around the complex is so friendly and for the staff most friendly loven and caring staff everyone of them couldn’t do enough for us. We can’t wait to go back next year.

What a lovely hotel reviews are wrong! Me and my 3 friends came to kavos for a party week and it did not disappoint especially the hotel which we had low expectations for was just perfect and exactly what we needed. We were greeted with excellent communication by emails and text messages saying that we could check in whenever we wanted to. Our room were lovely, we were on the top floor of block b, which had a slight sea view. The room was big and had two beds with a ensuite bathroom, bathroom was small but it was practical, EVERYTHING WAS CLEAN!! Little kitchenette has everything we needed with pots, pans and a stove, however the pool bar did lovely cheap food that I would 100% recommend. The most perfect thing about this hotel is the sea and how close you are to it. Even though there isn’t really a beach the sea is Crystal clear after you get out of the sea **** patch which is around 4 meters long, they even have multiple steps that eases you into the water nicely. Location wise It was fine, around a 20 min walk from the centre of kavos but only 15min from the edge. Also there is a perfect shop which has everything you need opposite the hotel.Kavos is a great lively clubbing resort ideal for young people, we enjoyed it very much. The room was cleaned everyday and clothes were folded which was a nice touch when you leave the room extremely messy! I would recommend doing a boat trip. We did the one to anit-paxos and paxos which was amazing hotel helped with booking it for us. Also recommend getting the public bus to Corfu old town, you can pick it up outside the hotel. Staff are all lovely and care for you, we had free shots with the bar tender one night and had long chats to the lunch bartender about kavos and he was giving us recommendations which was extremely helpful. OVERALL this hotel is lovely, it’s cheap, staff are friendly and location is great. 100% recommend!!
