Unmaintained powered sites. We had a huge muddy ditch on ours, that we had to jump over. Others were similar. When speaking to the office we were told we requested near amenities. What about all the empty sites opposite the amenities? I was told they are for motorhomes....we have a motorhome!!! Then I was told head office inspected earlier in the week & they were aware of the poor sites, yet they continued to put us and others in them.

In this day and age to have no wifi is rediculus and when I asked about it they said it’s nothing to do with them 😳????

My studio unit had no functioning A/C Unit.
Was not informed that there was an issue at check-in.
Was informed on 4.45pm on the Friday avo that they were waiting for the unit to be repaired however they had left me a fan in the room (just in case) !!!. Promptly left and went to another property that had working A/C
Not impressed with the service or communication.
Won't stay again.

We stayed here on the way through to the Hunter valley but didn't imagine that the ensuite sites would be as small as they were and we had to unhitch our caravan even though we were only there for one night.Wouldnt have had room to park the car down next to the caravan otherwise we wouldn't have been able to open the caravan door so had to park in front of the van instead.Also ensuite is on the opposite side of the van.Good thing was the laundry was only $4 to wash and $4 to dry although we had to put the dryer on a second time as the first drying cycle didn't dry the clothes properly.Also having a Garbage truck coming into the park at 5.20am in the morning disrupting guests is not real pleasent.Unfortunately due to what I have mentioned we would not stay here again.

Was easy to drive inside the property because of its wide roads hence making kids riding there bikes and scooters more visible.
Entertainment area was away from the accommodation making the site eerily quiet

We stayed in a two bedroom cabin for two nights whilst our daughter son in law and granddaughters camped. The cabin was compact and clean..plenty of towels but the bunk bed mattresses were vinyl covered and quite hard. The park itself was very disappointing..they advertise a giant jumping outdoor pillow for the kids..well that was non existent..the kids playground very underwhelming and the sandpit was really dirty..we wouldn’t let the girls play in it.. The recreation room was awful and very very dirty and unkept. We thought we’d give the putt putt a go but they wanted to charge us $8 per adult and $4 a child..ridiculous it just wasn’t worth it..not a great experience for us..so glad we only stayed two nights..
