Red Roof Inn Atlanta - Kennesaw State University

Hotel room was outdated and not very clean. I asked to check out at noon instead of 11 and was told no( first time I've ever been told no to check out at noon from any hotel in my entire life) because it was storming really bad out. Upon checking out at 11 I was also told the lobby was closed apparently it's been that way for about a year or more. So I had to stand outside in the rain and storms for an hour! Don't stay here little respect and care for their customers

This was the worse experience I’ve ever had at any stay. To start I was charged for an extra night for early check in which I’ve never heard of anything like that. Just to be put in a room with no shower head or knobs to turn the water on. The tv,microwave and also refrigerator was not working. Also the ac unit would stop working making the room hot and uncomfortable . After having surgery I needed to lay down and couldn’t physically move my things on my own to another room after my ride had dropped me n left. The staff told me if I wanted to check out then leave and that they were not going to refund me or give me any discounts for their errors. It was hair all in the shower and roaches crawling from behind dresser. I called hr and the location then wanted to offer 15 percent off my next stay like I’ll ever stay there again and wth is 15 percent.im going to call everyone I can this property needs to be shut down!!!!

The hotel was a good value and location was convenient, and even walking distance to a Waffle House. The check-in process was OK (manager on duty not overly welcoming or friendly…), beds were comfortable, room was clean, although it may be time to replace the towels. The motion sensor light in the bathroom was a nuisance (turned off twice while showering).

We left covered in bug bites and they were all on the pillows and stuff. Certain outlets were nonfunctional and we got no rest due to uncomfortable conditions and fear.

There were roaches in my room

out of the way but close to my destination, clean and affordable, limited parking

I didn't like the condition of the room in the bathroom it looked like blood on the was hair was in the sink and bath tub. There was cigarettes burns in the bedding and the floor was not really mopped good my socks turned brown..I would probably not recommend this hotel.

Check in went smoothly. Hotel was clean, smelled good, few cosmetic issues but nothing major. Will stay again.
