We stayed here in August of 24. Our second stay after the great experience we had in July of 2023. KW Villas offers a great place to stay with a pool, bicycle rentals, breakfast, bar and of course, only a few steps away from Duval St. The rooms are excellent, the proprietors are extremely friendly and helpful. I’d recommend it to anyone. I plan to stay there again when I can get back to Key West.

My wife Ana and I just returned from a 5 day getaway at Key West Villa's. While the weather was wet, owners Heather and Kevin made for a fantastic stay. Their place is clean and beautiful. They have free continental breakfast and then snacks all day. At 4pm Kevin has his shot of the day followed by open bar until 5pm. Don't miss the pineapple upside-down cake shot. On top of the incredible host and facility. Lest not forget to mention the LOCATION it's perfect. Right in the middle of everything. DJ's whole clams and lobster roll is like a 50 feet walk.. a must try for you seafood lovers. Thanks for the great memories Dan & Ana DePippo

We loved it here! The couple that manages the property are so friendly and make sure you are comfortable. Very clean , beautiful property with a location that can’t be beat. Loved cocktail hour and relaxing on the porch before our night activities.

We have been in USA 15 times and this hotel is one of the best we’ve stayed in. It is clean and very comfortable with nice rooms and some incredible good hostesses. You get a warm welcome and a bottle of wine on arrival, and the show you to you room. There is free breakfast and free happy hour every day. The beds are very good and the WiFi is fast. You can always get snacks at the reception and there is free water at the pool. There is no negative tings to say about this place. If you pay a small fee, your car can park right outside the hotel. Highly recommended

The owners, Kevin, and Heather make your experience one of the most wonderful times you can have. From 8 AM to 11AM they have a continental breakfast with many items for free to include coffee, soft drinks, bagels, cream cheese, boiled eggs, blueberry muffins, etc. At 4 o’clock. There is a happy hour until five. It is absolutely free with Kevin’s shot of the day. He makes mixed drinks and has four beers on tap plus very nice beer and wine selection. When we got there, we were given a choice of a bottle of wine. It was complementary. The rooms were extremely nice. There was a nice private, pool and Jacuzzi. Will definitely stay there every time I visit Key West. Ours was a relatively short stay from October 16 to October 21. The emphasis given towards their guests is amazing. Sincerely Alan W. We stayed at the Key West Villas for a week at the beginning of December. We stayed in the one-room loft, which was very comfortable for our family - two adults and one child. This particular unit offers a nice amount of privacy but is still easy to access the pool area. The owners were so gracious and accommodating and communicated well with us leading up to our stay. They have bikes for rent but even went so far as to help us book a bike with a child seat for our son. The location is ideal for exploring the downtown area as you can easily walk or bike to either side of the island. We loved the happy hour that was offered every afternoon - it was fun getting to meet some of the other folks that were staying on the property. The unit was clean and the beds very comfortable. It was a very enjoyable stay and we would recommend this property, especially if you are looking for something that’s in the heart of the old town of Key West.

We had an a great time in Key West while staying at the Key West Villas! We stayed in the "Queen Pool Room" which was small, but plenty of room for the two of us during our stay, and the bathroom was spacious enough to be comfortable for two. We loved the cold water right outside our door, and snacks available all day. Happy Hour with Kevin's "Shot of the Day" was a great time to connect with others staying at the Villas, and we met some fun people during our stay. The KW Villas are only steps off Duval Street and have off-street parking for a reasonable daily fee ($15). We were able to easily walk everywhere we wanted to go during the day, and we had a lot of fun with the others staying at the Villas for late-night swims! We couldn't be happier with our decision to stay here, and will definitely be back!

The location of this property is amazing. 20 steps to Duval Street and it’s bars and restaurants, yet quiet at night. Ignore the previous review about partying guests, the 11pm pool closure is enforced and sleep is easy. What makes the difference is the free breakfast and happy hour at 4pm. A chance to meet and chat with the owners and other guests from around the world. We really enjoyed our 5 night stay and we will be back.

We stayed in Villa #5 queen bed. Beautiful and well maintained place. Hospitality was the very best. All the amenities were free. Continental breakfast. Snacks and drinks were on the house. Iced cold water 24 hours a day. Free happy hour with the shot of the day between 4pm and 5pm. One block from all the action on Duval St but secluded enough to not hear all the noise. Take the owner’s recommendations on everything. They were on point with everything from food to what to do to directions. A little paradise on Angela Street.
