В целом гостиница неплохая , вежливый персонал , хорошие номера , НО испортило впечатление жадность владельцев бизнеса , их желание сэкономить . У меня оплачены завтраки , в последний день самолет рано , до открытия ресторана , попросил на рицепции , можно ли, что нибудь организовать , по опыту всегда приносили сок , нарезку , бутерброды и все были довольны , но мне было рекомендовано воспользоваться растворимым корейским кофе , который в баре , за отдельную плату . Причем обратился за день до отъезда .Не рекомендую заказывать гостиницу

Comfortable stay in centre of city

ранее останавливалась всегда в этом отеле. Всегда было комфортно и хорошо. Но последний приезд несколько испортил мое мнение. После трудного рабочего дня очень хотелось отдохнуть. В ресторане на 2 этаже в 17 ч началось мероприятие с громыхающей музыкой, так что вибрировали стены, пол. И ощущение такое, что все происходит в соседнем номере. Понимая то, что люди отдыхают, и имеют полное право, я подождала до 23:20.Но музыка стала только еще громче. Позвонив администратору, мне предложили собрать вещи и переселиться куда-нибудь выше. То есть среди ночи я должна была начать сборы вещей, и куда-то переселяться. Сервис просто на уровне. Но таково было распоряжение руководство отеля!!!! Обращение в полицию (делала это впервые!) позволило если не выключить, то хотя бы уменьшить громкость. РУКОВОДСТВО ОТЕЛЯ! при заселении нужно предупреждать сразу гостей о ваших планах, и расселять выше. Тогда подобных ситуаций и отрицательных эмоций не было бы.
