The place is private, not crowded, suitable for relaxing and soaking in hot water. I like it very much. This is my 3rd time here.

The concept of the hotel is wonderful - a corner of silence, relaxation and zen in the middle of a palm forest. The staff is incredibly nice and friendly, it’s clear that they try hard and take their work very seriously. The houses themselves are clean and quite comfortable, the linen is perfect, the towels are snow-white, the beds are comfortable. In the bathroom everything is much worse, there is almost no water pressure, there is no hot water either, taking a cool shower in this climate is not a problem, but washing your hair is difficult. It is obvious from the territory that they are trying to keep it clean and tidy, but there are probably not enough resources, because in some places (especially along the river) there are just terrible thickets, dry bushes and garbage. We didn’t visit the spa, the prices were hellish, 2-3 times more expensive than everywhere else. The restaurant is normal both in terms of prices and quality.

We were here for the natural hot springs which is very satisfying. The hotel set up is jungle style and onsen pools open 24 hour. It means you are not expecting TV set, stable Wi-Fi, hot shower, water pressure, insect free rooms or any close to convenient stores. The bed is comfy and we slept very well after hot spring bath.

I just want to say that taking children to this hotel, the moment you check in, the surprise turns into a shock! I booked 2 rooms, and when I arrived at the hotel, they said there was only 1 room! Complaints to Ctrip are finally resolved properly! Hotel spa is really good! A place for the masses! Lots of mosquitoes! Won't be going again! If you want to take your child to enjoy, think twice! The so-called hotel that was praised by Ctrip before 5.0, I just want to say that it is a pit!

This is one of the most beautiful and tranquil properties I’ve ever been to. It’s about a 1.5 hr drive from Ao Nang but so worth it. We were a group of 5 friends and hired a private driver as part of our excursion to the Tiger Cave Temple and Emerald Pool. We showed up without any reservations which was not an issue at all. We had an amazing delicious lunch at Wareerak’s restaurant then indulged in a one hour hot springs day pass and 30 minute foot massage. The property was not crowded at all so we felt like we had the hot springs all to ourselves. Their service and hospitality was 5 stars. If I could do it all again, I would skip the crazy busy Emerald Pool and book a half day pass at Wareerak. It’s so peaceful and serene surrounded by nature and beautiful grounds.
