Comfortable stay

Many things in the room should be fix such as the lights and furniture. Bathroom and fridge are not clean.

Very good location, but other services are just okay, suitable for the price paid. There is a common area to sit and provide hot drinks and snacks.

Old room, not very clean, broken wardrobe, not worth the price

The room is very close to Khon Kaen University. The room has a very good breakfast. But the balcony is a little old, the air conditioner is ok, there is water provided.
