I loved this hotel! I arrived early in the morning and was pleasantly surprised with my room. It was really clean, super spacious and comfortable. I unfortunately had a delay in pickup and was at the hotel for several extra hours and the concierge allowed me to stay in my room until the evening, which was really kind. The food in the executive lounge was great. Every staff member I encountered was pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

A good breakfast, delicious breakfast, suitable for children. The hotel is very close to the airport. There is a parking lot. Anyway, it is suitable for the whole family to stay together, it will make you linger.

Our room was equipped with an outdoor balcony. Although the friend's room did not have a balcony with a living room, it was much more comfortable than the ordinary standard room. The front desk of the hotel was very enthusiastic and helped us make an appointment for the driver to the national park. When we went, the service of booking the pick-up by email was also very good. The breakfast buffet was very rich, I ordered roast pork chops for dinner, which was quite delicious and the tip was included in the meal. The fly in the ointment is that the driver asked us for 60 knives after the return reservation from the hotel to the airport, and the front desk told us before that it would cost 35 knives.

We stayed for three nights in December and on night in January. This is an excellent hotel perched on a hill overlooking the city. The rooms are spacious and well appointed with comfortable beds, good pillows and mosquito nets. The A/C works, but isn't always needed. Clean bathrooms with hot water. Good wifi in the rooms, lobby and restaurant. The staff is welcoming and helpful. Breakfast combines Rwandan favorites with western options. Breakfast and dinner both had good options and the food is well-prepared. The hotel and restaurant are both family friendly with plenty of menu items for picky eaters and the ability to provide a room with a bed for kids. Good value for the money.

I stayed for one night at the Hotel Okapi and really enjoyed my stay. The bed was comfortable, the room clean, and my room had a wonderful view of the city. I ate dinner one night at the hotel. Good food and very nicely priced. The staff were all very helpful and kind. Would stay again!
