Kudos to the hotel managing director
Homely and friendly staff. The staff goes above and beyond, especially for meals. One staff member even helped me get my telephone fixed by taking me to a local electronics repair shop. I felt home…

Somewhat disappointing... not hot water; a kettle but no cups or coffee in the room. The staff was good but no compensation for the lack of shower or coffee in the room.,....so hard to find a reasonably priced hotel in Kigali. I do not think I would return....just keep trying other places.

The hotel has very friendly staff, great swimming pool and the food is great too. They also have a Shuttle bus. The hotel is neat but sometimes the central hot water fails to come early enough. Hotel manager who understands English is highly recommended at all times so as to attend to customers needs.
