J'ai énormément apprécié le séjour à l'hôtel, en particulier le professionnalisme de tout le personnel et la qualité du service. Le personnel était accueillant, disponible, gentille, réceptif, toujours souriant, à l'écoute, coopératif, disposé à aider les clients, à leur proposer les solution. Mieux encore une bonne capacité à gérer les stress et les exigences des clients. Mais aussi, le fait de voir le personnel du management proche des clients rassure. Un autre aspect import c'est le temps de service très rapide. Je n'hésiterais pas à revenir si l'occasion se présente et aussi à recommander à d'autres personnes.

Sono stata in questo hotel per lavoro ed è stato tutto perfetto! Ho organizzato un grande evento con più di 100 persone e la professionalità ed attenzione dell'hotel e dello staff ha reso tutto un vero successo. Camere spaziose, pulizia eccellente, cibo meraviglioso! L'hotel è vicino alla zona dello shopping. Piscina non grande, ma bella. Grazie allo staff della Reception (Thomas, Pascal e Gloria), a Festus, responsabile del ristorante, al manager Égide e a Father Simon, CEO della struttura. Tornerò sicuramente!

J'ai passé une excellente nuit à l'hôtel Sainte Famille. Le personnel est accueillant, les lits sont grands et confortables, le petit déjeuner est très varié. On s'y sent chez soi. Simplement merci. J'y reviendrais certainement, mais plus encore, j'ai déjà commencé à recommander cet hôtel. Pour vos séjours en solo ou en famille.

J'ai aimé mon séjour à l'hôtel Sainte famille. Si l'occasion se présente à moi je ferai toujours ma réservation . Mon séjour à été un souvenir inoubliable. J'ai beaucoup aimé les prestations et surtout la soirée musicale du vendredi soir devant la piscine.

Good service, friendly staff
Good follow-up on my reservation. Got a message requesting flight information for free airport shuttle. As WiFi did not work in my first room, I was quickly moved to another room

Geen douche mogelijkheid
De staf is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers zijn goed en schoon maar het grootste euvel is dat het bijna onmogelijk is om te douchen. Ze zijn kokend heet en niet te regelen. Zelfs een koude douche is onmogelijk omdat er dan slechts druppels uit de kraan komen. Meer reizigers hebben hier tijdens verblijf over geklaagd maar probleem werd niet opgelost.
