The staff very friendly helpful and professional. The rooms were clean and very spacious. The up front handicap parking if you are facing the building on the right is gated off from the front door. You are unable to go through the gate. Therefore if you are handicapped you have to walk around the fence to get to the front door. Otherwise it was a great stay

Rates fluctuate dramatically online, so be observant or y will over pay. Our Air Conditioner stopped working during the night. This is a non starter in hot and humid south Texas!! Fitness center had no towels, water, or hand sanitizer. The restroom across from gym had no hand soap, no paper towels, and no paper toilet seat covers. Breakfast was pretty good, and staff was friendly. It appears that management does not pay attention to the details!!

The breakfast items were very sub par ... The oatmeal and waffle mix was never replaced and was done by 9 o'clock. The cereal was out. He kept having to ask for extra plates because there was unavailable. They never came to pick up our laundry so we had towels everywhere and never offered to make the bed or take out the trash, we stay at town place often tournaments, and multiple cities and different states and this one just didn't hit all the marks

Booked a room in anticipation of Hurricane Beryl and cancelled when He shifted north. Dorothy at the front desk was amazing and charged nothing for the cancellation stating they do not believe in charging in these types of circumstances. I am stunned. This will now be my go to place to recommend and stay when I need a break. Small town kindness goes a very long way. Thank you!
