距離水頭碼頭很近，如果隔日要坐船去廈門的話很值得推薦，因為上午走路大概20分鐘就可以到水頭碼頭遊客中心，整個民宿古色古香的，蠻有老建築的特色，唯一缺點就是早上如果要吃早餐可能在走路15分鐘範圍內都找不到有賣的，所以稍微忍到水頭碼頭遊客中心去買吃的，老闆娘很熱情也很好客

投宿時房間內外飛蟻太多、飛來飛去趕不盡、也許是下雨的関係吧！ 建議住房時,房內能夠備礦泉水1~2瓶供應,每次喝水还要到外面走道用杯自取飲用水...
