Séjour au top
Hotel bien placé, nous étions 4, 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Les chambres étaient spacieuses. Le coin repas et la kitchenette bien pensés. Le balcon au top face à la mer.

Ottima struttura dotata di ogni confort: piscina, angolo cottura, doccia con cabina, jacuzzi, terrazzo vista mare, mare di fronte. Unico piccolo neo il Wi-Fi non prende in camera e quasi neanche in piscina

Fantastic value for money a great place to stay.Far better than many four star establishments, spotlessly clean excellent breakfasts great swimming pool. Kissamos is very underrated Flassandra beach one of the best in Crete along with Balos are within easy reach.

Stanza grande e sempre ben pulita. Silenziosa. Posizione strategica per le spiagge più belle di Creta. Vicino a tutti i ristoranti di Kissamos. Personale molto gentile. Rapporto qualità prezzo molto elevata. Che altro dire, ci torneremo👍

Ottimo hotel situato in una zona tranquilla ma vicinissimo alla via dei ristoranti sul lungomare. La nostra stanza era molto ampia, arredata con gusto e dotata di una grande terrazza ad angolo vista mare, dal quale si poteva ammirare l'alba. Serrande elettriche e angolo cucina ottimamente equipaggiato. Bel bagno con finestra. Pulizia accurata. Il valore aggiunto è la bella piscina dove era piacevole rilassarsi alla fine delle giornate torride d'Agosto. Siamo stati accolti da un ragazzo gentilissimo che ha fatto preparare la stanza nonostante fossimo molto in anticipo. Non posso esprimermi sulla colazione non avendola provata, ma il buffet prometteva molto bene. Sicuramente un'ottima scelta e un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Super Hotel mit großem Wohlfüh-Charakter in familiärer Atmosphäre. Ganz tolle Mitarbeiter, sehr gepflegte Anlage mit immer genügend Liegen. Tägliche Reinigung, sehr leckeres Frühstück und gaaaaaanz viel Meerblick . Wir waren 10 Tage dort , und kommen bestimmt mal wieder. Fußläufig sind viele gute Restaurants, auch der Stadtkern ist nach kurzem Spaziergang schnell zu erreichen. Sehr empfehlenswert. Offiziell 3 Sterne, für uns 5 Sterne verdient .

We stayed at this hotel during the third week of May. They had just opened for the summer season and yet had fairly few guests, which caused some problems: * a/c did not work - rapidly fixed by change of remote control batteries * electronic door lock malfunctioned - eventually had to be replaced as a unit This big problem was: We did not have any hot water (running it for 10-15 minutes did not help) from our arrival on Sunday until Friday morning. Several attemps were made to fix the problem, a reason being stagnant hot water cooling in the pipes due to little useage. On the positive side everything was clean and modern (incl the pool), the breakfast was very good (although would have benefited from a bigger serving area) and the staff was quite friendly and helpful. Special kudos to Maria, who dressed my wife's right hand that had been rather badly lacerated when she fainted and fell.
