Joseph served us at the rooftop and my mum did enjoy, it was her birthday. Give him all the bonus coz I'll definitely refer more guys and come back as well. I like the outdoor space at the rooftop and it would have been even better with some shades.

I received wonderful service from Monica. Very articulate and professional. I generally had a warmly experience at the Sarova and would never mind to come back again. I loved the rooftops with it welcoming staff. Some evening sunset view.

Awesome service from the team : Beatrice, Ruth, Monica. They are excellent in their work and should keep the wonderful work up. The breakfast served was awesome and I enjoyed every little part of it. Keep team input as they are doing a wonderful job while at it. All in all I loved the stay.

Best exquisite hotel to be in kisumu .Amazing food, luxury rooms ,and friendly staff .The views on the perch are ero kill for and the ambience serene. I would rate it a 9 /10 and definitely my go to place whenever am visiting Kisumu.This is absolutely value for money

The ambience was so lovely and the food was so yummy especially the chicken wings,next we shall come the whole family. I concur with, and appreciate the cateres was so friendly and helpful. We are working to ensure for book a week to have more time here to enjoy this being our first time here. Thank you.

The hotel is centrally located and with walking distance of shopping places. The rooms are clean, spacious, comfortable. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and relaxing, always available and willing to assist. Very friendly staff, from the cleaners, the receptionists and even a friendly and professional butler (Trevor) in tailcoats who welcomes you with a wet towel and cold glass of orange juice. The food is delicious, definitely try thelocal chicken at the rooftop restaurant! Their breakfast had more options than other hotels I've stayed at.

The team at the Perch and especially the service by Madel are awesome. I had to come back here because during my last visit I was abit under the weather and I was taken care of just like home. Overall the service and hospitality @Sarova Imperial is 5 star!

The at sarova was amazing. The breakfast was amazing it had a lot of varieties.We enjoyed our stay. I was here with my mum and she loved it.I will surely come back with more family and friends............................................ ...........

Staff are professionally trained and offer excellent service and friendly support to guests. The hotel is very clean but the aircom in my room didn't work.
