The hotel location is not good. You have to take a cap from manavgat or have to be local to understand how the local bus working and hotel is not give you any information about how you can use local bus manavgat to hotel. Sea is not clean most of the time and not sand most of it rocks. Pools are okay I like the Aqua park also. Food are was average for me not to many options almost same dishes every day. Alcohol and cocktails was okay if you ask strong cocktail they will make you. Room was clean and if you put the card says make my room to the door they will clean your room every day. Over all was average vacation and probably not gonna choose next time.

Rock hard beds with a single sheet, cold food at the monotonous buffet, no utensils to be found, housekeeping who’ve never heard of a vacuum (3 day old crumbs with ants on the floor) or changing the bed sheets, gym equipment that’s falling apart.. How on earth does this resort have stars, let alone 5 of them???

My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. While the proximity to the beach and the quality of the food were definite positives, several issues overshadowed these aspects. The most significant problem was the extremely loud music that played until 1 AM every night. It felt as though the music was in our room, even though it was supposedly 200 meters away, and there were only a few guests enjoying it, making the noise feel unnecessary. Although the rooms have been recently renovated, they were not cleaned regularly, which diminished the overall experience. The staff also fell short, providing little assistance when we raised our concerns. While the hotel has some good features, the noise and lack of attention to service made the stay less enjoyable than expected.

For me the experience in this hotel was sooo good. The animator Merve was soo nice and she was so friendly with all guests. The food was good and delicious and the programs every night were interesting. The water gym was pretty good, the aqua park was soo interesting and the atmosphere was perfect. I recommend the hotel!!!

What I can say, worst holiday i have ever experienced. starting from reception staff, found them quite aggressive how they talk and react to any request always unhappy if you even ask a question. Our room was booked as economy, but was a basement i mean latterly pipes dirty water stream view with rubbish's all around it, room was very dirty with spider webs and dust, our 2 weeks stay rook was cleaned (not well) twice. Staff shortages, for a soda drink wait was at least 10 min. Just felt like no-one cared about guest, for the priced we payed for 5 star hotel it was far from it. Positives, nice surroundings and some staff were very friendly, except for reception ladies who never bothered to even pay attention.

Bide havuzun dibinde sigara içenlerle dolu külleri suya düşüren düşürene.Çalışanların suratı asık bişey isteyince sanki canlarini istiyorsunuz. Çalışanlar herkese de aynı muameleyi yapmıyorlar sonuç sıfır ben bi daha ne bu otelde ne tatil yaparım ne de kimseye tavsiye ederim. Allah aşkına yapmıyorsanız kapatın gidin. Bide 5 yıldız konseptiyle hizmet veriyorsunuz ayıp havuz bar ortalık çiş kokusuyla dolu

We had a good time in this hotel, especially with the activities with Merve (Yoga and watergym and of course in the night show she is very kind and friendly and very very nive. I glad that I have chance to know her. We spent the days together very well💙

Отдыхали в Июне 2023 года, в отеле Санмелия бич резорт. Хороший отель, большая территория, водные горки, большой бассейн, анимация. Питание в отеле хорошее и разнообразное, есть выбор во всём. Номер хороший, уборка каждый день, мини-бар бесплатно, пополняли через день, wi-fi бесплатно. До моря идти 5 минут, пляж песок, всегда были свободные места. По дороге к морю есть мостик через речушку, где плавают рыбки и черепашки. На пляже есть бар с напитками и алкаголем, также можно перекусить ( пицца, бургеры,хот доги, фри, салаты, овощи, фрукты.) Вечером можно прогуляться до магазинчиков с подаоками и сувенирами, 10 - 15 минут пешком от отеля.
