The service was amazing and the facilities, the staff is putting the detail even in public facilities like fitness center and swimming pool, very well maintaned

It's clean and located right in the middle of the city so very convenience to find the foods

Clean room, friendly staff, good location. Food price is very reasonable. My only concern is i could hear almost clearly of guests talking in the hallway. More sound proofing would be perfect. Haven't had the time to try the pool or gym, i'll save that for the next visit.

Location is good, walking distance to 2 malls and to Univ Brawijaya where my daughter is currently studying at. Room is clean and functional. A bit dark though, should add more lighting. Otherwise, all good

Our stay was short but nice. Comfy bed and shower. Excellent location because it is only a walk away from mall and cinema. They also provide prayer set which is clean and fragrant. The cons is tv channels are limited and the quality of the picture was bad due to the television itself. Maybe the management should consider to replace with the new one to improve guestsโ€™ stay experience.

Clean, tidy, good service. I've spent one night and it was great. The room was clean not even too big and the location is good near two malls. It's also close to a public university so food prices are cheaper. Nice swimming pool about 1.3m deep. When I arrived at the room, CS called me by phone to ask if everything is ok or not. However, when I swam in the morning, there was no pool guide so I couldn't ask for a pool towel. Please provide sajadah later because i didnt find it.

Stay 1 night with 2 room booked. Location is strategic,near to everywhere,behind the trans shopping mall,but room space quite small and quite old furniture. Swimming pool is great and clean. Reception staff was nice n good hospitality and not forget to mention that rest room is very clean. Thumbs up..
