Talula Hill Farmstay Kluang

Nice place to chill and also an excellent place to have family bonding trip! 👍

It was an enjoyable stay, and all 4 members of my family agreed that we liked it. The positives: + One of the best parts of the stay has to be the lovely staff. Pretty much every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. We could not remember an incident when we felt disappointed by the staff. Special mention for 2 ladies whom we failed to get their names (maybe the staff members should wear name badges): the lady at the reception, and the other lady who led the 4pm and 5pm activities. These ladies were champs! + Room was small but relatively well-equipped, except maybe a couple of hooks inside the shower might have been welcome. + Room, and the place generally, was clean, which is great. + Environment was relaxing and comfortable. + The daily activities were a nice bonus. Also provided us with opportunities to interact with other guests. + Breakfast spread was pretty decent. A couple of minor flaws though: - Wifi works only intermittently. There was an evening when I needed to catch up on work and that turned out to be a problem. To be fair though, this probably was more an issue for the service provider to take responsibility for, rather than the resort itself. - We stayed over 2 nights, and there was no daily housekeeping. Considering the surroundings, the room does get sandy/dusty quickly. It might have become unbearable if we had stayed for a third night. - Price was slightly steep, although we probably do need to take into consideration the location and the relatively uncrowded experience.
