Excellent welcome from the owner and a young lady on our arrival, this is unfortunately the only positive point that I can say: the Thai bungalow seems to have had a full life (and not only him, the air conditioning had struggling to bring the much-awaited freshness), very aging infrastructure (shower, toilet, ceiling...the list is long), the "resort" itself deserves a good bit of refurbishment; It's sad from the beach to see the dilapidated wood of the bar, the fabric of the massage area which hangs and must have not seen a drop of water for a long time! The sea is not deep and swimming is not easy! So certainly, we paid less than 40 euros per night but without breakfast, in April we were disappointed; especially since the breakfast taken at the bar is downright overpriced: almost 5 euros for a cup of yogurt/granola/fruit without coffee or juice! At this price, we eat in a local restaurant like kings! And what about the waitress who comes to take the order without greeting: extremely rare in this land of smiles; In short, we didn't stay there

I have just spent 9 nights at the beautiful Thai House Beach Resort… and I could have stayed longer . I stayed in a sea view Thai house … the bed was comfortable the house was lovely and full of orginal character and charm and Kim - the owner, and her team made me feel so welcome. As a first time solo traveller, Kim helped me find me feet and the location was perfect for accessing other parts of the island by hopping on and off cheap tuk tuks and all trips did pick up from resort. As well as chilling out with enjoying the views and amazing sunsets from my house or on the beach which was a few metres away it made for the perfect location. I would 100% recommend and am sure I will return. Thank you Kim and all your team ❤️

What an absolutely amazing place to stay. We stayed for 5 nights over Christmas 2023 and can't express how amazing it all was. Kim's communication leading up to our stay was spot on and she was so welcoming when we arrived. The bar and restaurant is also amazing with very friendly staff and amazing food. Overall a great place to stay.

I stayed here for two weeks in Jan 2024. Was perfect. The bungalows are typically Thai. Very large with huge beds and great aircon. The resort is right at the southern end of long beach, close enough to bars and restaurants. Yet far enough from the road and other establishments to hear any noise. In fact, I did not her any late night loud music or noise. The owner Kim is the perfect host, and I only wish it were true that everyone in the hotel / resort business can offer such warm, welcoming hospitality to its guests. I have been coming to Koh Lanta since 2014. I would have no hesitation staying here again and recommending.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Thai House Beach Resort. The location is fantastic - you're just steps away from Long Beach, many restaurants and bars, and of course a 7-Eleven! I actually added an extra day to my stay at the last minute because I was having such a great time. Kim and Ni and all of the staff are so welcoming and warm! I felt like I was part of the family. And, as a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe. I cannot wait to go back!

Such a great mini break. Staff are super helpful and kind, rooms are really clean and cozy and what a fabulous location. Right on the beach with a fabulous restaurant and bar, gorgeous sunset view. All shops and bars are easily walkable too. I highly recommend this place.
