I feel compelled to share my experiences for the benefit of others. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The hotel offers a wide range of activities, ensuring that I never felt bored. I was particularly impressed by the exceptional service provided by the staff.Everyone here is so friendly and helpful. I hope I have the opportunity to come back and stay here again.

Fantastic place, attention to each detail, beautiful hotel territory, well designed room with a unique design, very rich and tasty breakfast buffet. We stayed in Garden Villa close to the beach and it was wonderful. Food and drink in the beach bar are of a good level and reasonable prices, their young coconuts are fantastically fresh. Staff is incredible and try to assist you with everything. Keep in mind that hotel is spread over the hill, we had beach level villa, but there are many that are located upper and you have to climb many stairs. But for a short climbing it’s fine, good for health. Though can be a big minus for older travelers. Definitely I will stay here again on my next visit to Lipe.

There was an upgrade to our room at the hotel, giving us a pool view. We enjoyed ourselves immensely. It’s a quiet beach at sunrise, shared by only a few hotels. The hotel also provided free transportation to the walking street every day at 6 p.m. will definitely come back again 😊

It's a nice and chic resort with clean rooms. The restaurant at the beach was incredible. Their crab fried rice was out of this world. I think the room was a bit old and the water was small, the pool sometimes doesn't look very clean. But other than that, it's a good stay.

Great location if you're looking for a quieter location in Koh Lipe. Fantastic if you like watching the sunrise, and you can have your breakfast immediately after (nice buffet spread). The resort staffs are friendly and helpful. They provide shuttle service to The Walking Street in the evening and you can try free kayaking on the crystal clear water if snorkeling isn't your thing.

Idyllic located in the sunrise beach area, can access to the beach directly from hotel; hotel built on a cliff, rooms spread from the top to beach area, have quite some steps to get through. The room is quite clean and have proper amenities for the stay; food provided by the restaurant is good, happy hour is very relax. hotel provides Starbuck coffee brew which is a great surprise. Hotel provides the GYM with special elements of climbing facility inside. Highly recommend and value for money!

Beautiful and clean resort. The resort was still under construction. They had 2 pools. One by the beach and another in the middle of the rooms. It was a pleasant stay. Staffs were friendly and polite. Will definitely come back!

Looks quite new compared to other hotels, a/c works all the time even when you go out and take a card key which is very nice. And it cools down the room incredibly, a must in April and May. We liked the room but there’s an area for improvement: you can see some impurities here and there: old bedsheets with stains, the tub in the bathroom with some part falling off. They are not big, but better to fix them. The breakfast is amazing, a lot of options, even the noodles station, the roti station, ice cream and bloodie mary station hahaha A lot of good fruits such as rambutan, passion fruits, etc. not just watermelon and dragon fruits like at other hotels across Thailand. Sunrise beach itself is a bit disappointing because of the amount of boats there and almost no place to swim but this hotel has the designated beach where you can enjoy swimming and definitely some good sunsets. Overall it’s a good place to stay for more than a day if you want to stay at the sunrise Beach area, but my personal favorite is the North pole beach (20-25 min walk along the beach). Things to improve: - service staff should be careful with bags, I know they try to be helpful but one of the guys broke a handle of my carry on bag. - Starbacks cafe on the beach — this is a disaster, they advertise other as a Starbucks coffee shop, with the original drinks and recipes but for 180 thb they will give you iced milk instead of iced cappuccino. Better to buy some good medium roast beans from the Borth of Thailand and serve proper coffee. You don’t need that Starbucks brand definitely.

A very nice villa concept by the beach. Very clean and friendly staff. Good spread of breakfast buffet. The only thing, if you stay at the villa near the swimming pool, you need to climb up and down the stairs every time you want to take tuktuk to go out. Alternatively, you can walk by the beach to go to the main road.

loved the service of the staff and breakfast was AMAZING! (Unlimited bloody marys :) Room was very modern and clean. Drying rack, outdoor foot wash, and outdoor (and indoor) shower were great. Lots of plugs for your gear. Two swimming pools including swim up bar!! Free kayaks! Starbucks! Loved this place and will definitely want to return!!

1) many speed boat are parked along the beach . It limit the space that tourists are able to use . 2) we stayed above the dining area but if we have to go to the lobby it’s a long walk and not accessibility free . 3) breakfast is not so bad but the afternoon food is very bad …. 4) amenities in the room like shower head are tarnish . Don’t expect to use the tub too as the water is green and smelly . 5) tub is also spoil … not worth for the price

The front staffs aren’t not friendly and when I asked to help keeping my frozen baby food in the fridge (the bedroom fridge is too small) the didn’t refuse. When checking out, I’ve received it back with unfrozen..as I’ll not yet heading back home, but will stay in other hotel so I badly need my baby food. Quite disappointed with this inattentive service.
