As the name suggests, does it have an open-air hot spring? , but it turned out that the hotel was not and they told me it was just tap water. Do I need to pay more than 4,600 yuan for tap water? What's even worse is that the service staff told me that they don't have luggage porter service. We were flying so far to Japan, and he could only carry two for us. The two of us were carrying large and small bags and had to climb up again. A Japanese aunt was very, very rude when she explained. I have never seen this before. I have been to Japan so many times and this is one of the two hotels I am most satisfied with. The first one is the Windsor Hotel in Hokkaido, and the second one is Reihokaku in Arima Hot Spring. It's really great! When checking in, the butler will introduce every part of the hotel and the configuration of the room. The room is large, has a living room, and the main view is really beautiful! There are 2 soups in the hotel, and the men's and women's soups will be interchanged in the morning and evening. We went to the hot springs on the first night and the second morning. Very comfortable and clean. I didn’t have a full breakfast but the scenery was beautiful and I was very satisfied!
