Comfort Hotel Era Kobe Sannomiya Reviews

Only 1 night stay at Comfort San Nomiya hotel. I love this Comfort hotel group, cause quite well cleanness with enough facility for business purpose trip. If come again to San Nomiya, definitely will stay here again. Thx!!

Very disappointed stay! First we enter the room and open the toilet, the whole room is full of smoking and public toilet smell!! Even we spray a lot room fresheners, no help! Not mention we got a kid. I wanna vomit also. And they are self help check in / out, no service at all.

Not much to expect from a standard business hotel, but this was disappointing. The self-check-in machine is not intuitive at all, didn't recognize my passport. The laundry machines have a password protection function that isn't explained in English in the instructions. When I returned to the front desk to ask for instructions, five staff members were working on a single problem and didn't serve the new guests arriving for check-in. Once I was in line, I was ignored. Terrible service. Never again.

It takes 5 or 6 minutes to walk from JR Sannomiya Station. There are many restaurants, bus stops and railway stations nearby, which is very convenient. The hotel room is the largest I have stayed in during this trip. It is very comfortable for three people. The price is affordable and the price-performance ratio is the best. 

Located in Sannomiya, the center of Kobe, it is convenient to go everywhere. JR, Hanshin and Hankyu Railway are within a 5-minute walk. Kobe Citywalk is excellent. It takes only 20 minutes to drive to Osaka Umeda. The bus to Mita Outlet is also nearby. The hotel room is about 20 square meters, which is not small in Japan. It is very cost-effective.

The location is very convenient, you can walk to Sannomiya Station Free coffee and tea are served until evening Too tired to play with my daughter As a result, we went to the nearby Hankyu supermarket to buy dinner. Take it to the hotel's library cafe and enjoy it. It's very comfortable.

The environment is great, there are food all around, the only thing is that parking is very inconvenient

Express hotel, the location is very good, it takes about 4 minutes to get out of Kobe Sannomiya, and it is not very difficult to carry luggage. The room is quite large for Kobe. The suitcases can be spread out on the floor, which is very neat. There are free drinks all day and free desserts in the afternoon on the second floor. After staying for two days, I hung up Do Not Disturb when I went out the next day. When I came back in the evening, I found that the waiter had hung up a bag of replacement bath towels. The details were also excellent. However, I feel that the room may be newly renovated and has a bit of a smell. Although the roadside signboard is large, the entrance is still a bit difficult to distinguish.

Spacious and comfortable rooms. The location is great, just steps away from Sannomiya Center Street and Kobe Motomachi Shopping Street. Easy access to JR Sannomiya Station and Kansai Airport Bus Terminal.

The room is nice and the bathroom is quite big. It is very close to Kobe Sannomiya Station and there is a commercial street below. There is also free ice. It is a very good hotel.

The room is great, the hygiene is very good, the service is considerate, there is coffee and snacks on the second floor of the reception, and it is 3~5 minutes away from JR Sannomiya, bus station, Hanshin, Hankyu, and Portline Sannomiya Station! I will stay here again next time I come to Kobe!

It's very convenient from Sannomiya Station, about 7-10 minutes walk. There is a business district within walking distance of the surrounding area. The twin room is quite large and has a make-up light. Nice! The self-service check-in and check-out are very convenient, but there are a lot of floors. When going out in the morning, you need to avoid the 9.30-10 o'clock check-out period. Other than that, I am very satisfied with it. I will consider staying here next time I come to Kobe.
