💢避雷！日本神户花果酒店強制消費太過分！💢 寶子們👫，今天必須來曝光一家日本的酒店。😡 我在預訂的時候明明訂單包含了一大一小的住宿，結果到了現場，工作人員強行加收小孩的住宿費用。我趕緊聯繫攜程平台，平台打電話給前台用日語溝通後明確表示不收這項費用，但是酒店對我就是不認可。感覺自己因為不精通語言文字被華人工作人員完全拿捏了。🙄 在和平台溝通的過程中，酒店方面還矢口否認有加收費用，非説我是兩位成人入住。😒 而且入住當天，房間衞生打掃得超級差，榻榻米的墊子、床單和枕套都沒有給我鋪。🤬 這家酒店唯一的優點可能就是有一個温泉，但當地的有馬温泉也很近啊，要泡温泉完全可以去體驗更有特色的有馬温泉。😒 總之，這家酒店真的太讓人生氣了，強制消費還不承認，大家一定要避雷，千萬不要選擇這家酒店，更不要線下交易。💣 #酒店避雷 #日本酒店 #強制消費

It is a place worth visiting. The environment is full of birds and flowers, and there are many places to hang out. It is very similar to a European university. There is also a large greenhouse with many tulips. Maybe there are not too many people yet, so it is very relaxing.

This is a family-friendly facility with a spa with hot springs of the same quality as Arima Onsen. However, the hot springs are only in the open-air baths, and the other baths are not hot springs. It is also unfortunate that the opening hours are short, until 11pm at night and from 6am to 9am in the morning (reception until 8:30am). The hotel is inside a roadside station, so there is an amusement park, a direct sales store, the Monkeys Theater, and more, so the whole family can have fun all day. Dinner and breakfast are both buffet style, and the menu is average. When I stayed there, they advertised all-you-can-eat crab, but it was snow crab (I didn't think it was very tasty). The room was a standard Japanese-style room.

I stayed here with my mother and son, three generations of my family. The room was quite ordinary, but we enjoyed the illuminations at night, warmed up our cold bodies in the large bath, and had an all-you-can-eat crab dinner buffet, so it was a very satisfying stay. There is also an outlet mall nearby, so we had a great time for two days.

I stayed there during Golden Week. After checking in, I was able to take a leisurely stroll and look around the park. The hotel also has a hot spring, so both adults and children can enjoy it.

I'm glad I included all-you-can-drink and all-you-can-eat crab in my meal plan. I'm not satisfied with just the Viking. Costa coffee was delicious. There are many people with small children. The room is on the 4th floor and is spacious and comfortable. It was unusual that there were no drinking water bottles and that there were no hair caps in the room or bathroom. (Therefore, there are no cleansers, face washes, or lotions.) The only hot springs are open-air baths. The color of the water is brown, which seems to be rich in iron. There are two types of indoor baths: an enzyme bath, a sleeping bath, and a sauna. It seems that there are many people who come here on a day trip to take a bath. There is no entrance fee and there are various amusement parks within the spacious grounds, so you can spend a relaxing time. There were flowers, vegetables, and ripe strawberries, and it was delicious. It was said that the strawberries would sell out if you didn't get there early.
