The reception is at level 5 of the building. Location is really near the JR Sannomiya station and there’s a supermarket in adjacent building. They provide Kose face products and other amenities at the counter during check in, different types of teabags and drip coffee at the restaurant opposite reception (and even a wine dispenser machine). There’s a fun chess set outdoors beside the restaurant. The room is basic but big with a sofa inside, desk is a little small. Was initially disappointed with their check in time at 5pm but they allowed me to check in at 4ish and even brought my luggage to my room! Great service!

Very convenient location to public transit terminals and stores/restaurants. Very clean with all necessities provided. Plus, free drink time each day to relax and enjoy your peaceful time after a day’s busy schedule. We used this hotel as a base for visit to Kobe, Himeji and Awaji Island

First of all, there was a nice smell in front of the elevator on the first floor. Although the room was compact, there was a sofa and a table, so I was comfortable. The amenities, such as toothbrushes and cups, were two-colored so you could tell what you had used, so I thought the small details were very thoughtful. Lotions and other items were placed next to the front desk. I have sensitive skin, so I don't usually use hotel products, but since it was Sekkisei, I couldn't help but take it and use it. There were new slippers on the second day, so it was hygienic. I made it in time for happy hour on the first day and had some wine. It was Friday, so there weren't many people, so I was able to relax, but the next day there were quite a few people, so I didn't use it, but I chose from the many types of tea that were placed and had it in my room. It would have been better if there was mineral water on each floor at that time. Although the tap water in the room is drinkable, I still wanted bottled water. That was disappointing. Also, the pillows were too soft for me. Since my room was in front of the elevator, I could hear a lot of conversation in the hallway. Overall, it's a hotel I'd like to stay at again if I have the opportunity.

The hotel lobby is on the fifth floor, and check-in and check-out are self-service and very convenient. The twin room is spacious and clean. The hotel is near Sannomiya Station. On the other side of the same building is a large supermarket convenience store, a 100-yen store and a drugstore. The biggest highlight of the hotel is that there are self-service drinks in the lobby every day, and three hours of self-service drinks and snacks in the evening. Although it is free, the quality is good, especially the cheese candy and financier are delicious. Champagne + various juices can be mixed into different cocktails, which are also delicious. Kobe City is not large, it is recommended that you go to the Sannomiya Tourist Service Center to buy a one-day bus ticket. You can take a bus to visit various attractions and seaside parks in Kobe for 35 yuan. It is labor-saving, convenient, and not expensive. The dessert shop in Nankinmachi, the Kobe beef shop near Motomachi, and the Kitano Ijinkan can all be reached by this sightseeing bus.

The hotel is in a good location, with supermarkets, Daiso, and supermarkets nearby. There is a small table in the room which is very convenient and the service is friendly. There are not many types of breakfast, but the taste is pretty good😃

I made a reservation because I was attracted by the 3-hour all-you-can-drink alcohol in the lounge. I enjoyed a relaxing time with red and white wine, sparkling wine, nuts, cheese, chocolate and other snacks. The chess table in the courtyard was impressive, and the building had an open atrium, giving it a sense of openness. There are also supermarkets and restaurants nearby, making it convenient. I think it was good value for money.
