I am very satisfied with the service above the price. I came to Kochi with the hope of my 82 year old mother. My plant-loving mother, who said she didn't want to go on a trip, knew that there was a Makino Botanical Garden in Kochi, and said that she would put up with her disliked plane, so I searched for a place to stay and decided here ､. There was no ､ here on nearby travel agents and different sites, but I applied because Trip.com was vacant by chance. It was a wheelchair, but all the staff were kind and thankful. Dinner also started dish bowl dishes, all delicious, warm, very satisfied. The room was very clean and my mother was very satisfied. The hot springs seemed a little hot for women, but it was very comfortable for men. Anyway, the price was kind and very satisfied. Thank you.

There is no large communal bath, but the bath in the room immediately filled with hot water and was able to use it without stress. I felt that breakfast was also better than when I stayed before. It was a pity that I couldn't see Kochi Castle from the room. It was the end of March, but it was essential to wear a mask in the hotel.

About 15 minutes to Hirome Market! So you can drink and walk a lot !!! This area is crowded because it is close to the station, so be careful when you come by car! I made a smoking room cleanliness, but it smelled three times as bad as I imagined. Did you smoke?!?! It was the smell of the place. It may have been bad weather and I couldn't ventilate it. Still karaoke hall level, so it's okay at all if you're heavy smokers🙆‍♀️

The building itself is certainly facing the riverbank, but the room I stayed in was a western room, but it was narrow, and the walls and ducts of the apartment building that seemed to be decaying when I opened the window were only visible, and I was almost breathless. There is a large bath, but it is a tight feeling if only one bathtub and three people enter. And I think it is not a hot spring. The dishes were more important than quality, so I left quite a bit. The most disappointing thing is the tataki of the cherry blossoms that went out for dinner. The freshness was bad and smelly, and I lost my appetite only by seeing it. The room rate was also jumped several times as usual, and I was disappointed overall. However, it was saved that the aunt Nakai who served the meal was cheerful and generous. A long-established inn in Kochi that I wanted to take my parents! My wish came true. It's not good for compliments on the hardware side, but I'm satisfied with the customer service. Especially the pick-up response of the parking lot was the best. The amenities in the room and bathroom were substantial, and I thought that the breakfast buffet had a small selection of Kochi's special products. Personally, I wanted to eat the cherry blossoms.
